So true. He is holding all the cards. Just wishful thinking that they could sign him early.
On a happier note, Bautista signed a one year deal with the Blue Jays.

Of course it is too much to ask to have some positivity in an appreciation thread. Smh. There are hundreds of threads with the names "Joe" and "Flacco" in the title, all of which are full of all the bashing and negativity any one could ever wish for.

I haven't written a book, but I have researched the topic. The most important thing is how great/interesting the story line is, not proper context. You can always pay someone to fix that. So step one would to be find something you are passionate about and develop an intriguing story line. I admire anyone who can write an entire book. Good luck.

I agree that everyone can and should voice their opinion freely, never said otherwise. Just like I am voicing mine when I say that those who choose to abandon their team when the times get tough aren't real fans.

I didn't state that you personally have given up on the team. You seem a bit defensive. But there are those who have and they are the "fans" I was talking about. I enjoy reading all the different opinions, even if I don't agree with them and even if I think some people have forgotten that football is just a game for entertainment and have lost perspective.

All fans should express their opinions. But there is a difference between being frustrated and totally giving up on your team. Being a passionate fan can be really painful, but turning your back on the team in the bad times means you really weren't a real fan to begin with.
