I'm ready! Mornhingweg has worked with Flacco for more than a year now and knows how Joe operates. He also knows what didn't work under Trestman. I think we'll see the desired results on Sunday and just get better moving on. The BYE will also be good to take a look at the Offense after two games.

I support Harbs 100% on this move. Trestman was our OC all of last season and while we had many injuries, so did the Patriots who went on to the playoffs. Under Trestman games were unnecessarily close leading to some heartbreaking losses. With our talent, we should be on the winning side of things by scoring more points. Our Defense is great right now even though it could still improve. Imagine this defense with it's increased turnovers and a more capable Offense to put up six points off of those turnovers. Harbs you have this fans approval. FWIW

I saw a firing coming. Wasn't sure if it was gonna be Trestman, but I'm not surprised. You don't abandon a hot-handed running game. I suspect Trestman was salivating over our talent, but the Harbaugh/Flacco Offensive potential didn't suit his schemes.

We're trying to get SSS a Ring for one thing, so if no one saw a firing coming then I guess you don't know how the Ravens operate.
