  1. Pay Brandon Williams and right tackle Rick Wagner to keep them. As for the coaches, the Ravens had one of the largest NFL coaching staffs, and the best they could do is 8 & 8. Without the right players, keeping a QB that still can't read defences we will be lucky to stay at 8 & 8. Trade up in the draft and get at least 2 starters. RB and DB first then linebackers.

Williams is an average player easily replaced not worth top dollar and if you have to pay wagner 10 mill a year I say goodbye I like wagner but he is not top 10 at his position

  2. Although Williams is a beast, we already have a promising backup in Michael Pierce, so it would surprise me if the Ravens offer him a big contract. Trying to keep Wagner might be more realistic since good RTs are harder to find and we don't have a decent backup on the team to replace him.

Only place Williams is a beast is at the dinner table ,he is so overrated he makes some plays but he takes plays off and at times gets man handled by 1 on 1's with guys that are smaller than him

Now all they need is a TE that can stay on the field

Pitta was on the field all year and did a great job where you been

He stayed on the field but he's a liability. He just CANNOT block. It hurts the team. And it's not like he's a a gronk-like reciever, or even close for that matter. He should be a part time player that is only used for receiving and he should be making about 25% of what he does

He did not hurt the team how could you say that the guy caught the ball made several 1str downs this is what I keep saying in my posts the COACHES on this team do not use personal correctly on off or def if I wanted to run the ball I would NOT have pitta in games blocking a smart coach would bring in an extra lineman and don't tell me its to fool the other team because everybody knows the ravens are not creative I can sit home on my couch and tell what plays are coming

Harbaugh wont get rid of juan no matter what juans coaching is why romans here I actually think roman will help with run game

i have blasted juan numerous times but as far as developing lineman he does a very good job. he is just not suited to run the offensive line as a whole. the o-line needs to get bigger and more physical. i think zuttahs time here is over with both oz and harbs saying they want a bigger and stronger line

I agree af north aint for finesse guys I want a maller

Hooray a guy that is actually better suited at WR. He doesn't block and Joe is completely fixated on him. Not much of a TE really.

I'm referring to those young people you know Waller who would rather be suspended. Williams whom at this point is a complete enigma and Gillmore that sat out half the season with chapped lips..those guys.

Out of those guys I think waller is going to be good Williams I still have hope for gillmore I don't know guys thigh keep him out a very long time

For a fan base that thinks this team does not do anything right I think we are very
lucky. To be 31-33 in the last four years is not that bad. Just appreciate what we
have because their are many teams that wish very hard they could be where we
are at this point in time. Just another point of view. Now let the complaining continue.

when you settle for average you are average smart fans that spend money towards team have every right to expect better

People seem to forget how it was before Harbsugh when we sucked for years.
Last but not lease we still are not the Browns.

Before harbaugh got here we had one of the best defenses in the nfl and a super bowl we had a couple bad years because of QB play but never sucked for years

  8. I don't like Marty being Trestman 2.0, but maybe he will build from this year and scheme better now that he knows where the players strengths are. I know nobody wants to here this, but at times I understood in the first 8-9 games why we weren't running the ball often. It was because the identity of our line was not meant to bulldoze people over. Stanley and Wagner are great pass protectors and so is Yanda. Lewis, Zuttah, Urschel were not getting the push they needed.

Add a center or LG in the Third and add at least one WR in the first 3 rounds. We might not have a possession receiver now, but I'd be all in for John Ross after our first pick. If we could move up to grab him I think he will be lighting in the NFL. Perriman, Wallace and Ross could seriously torch secondaries. Give coordinators nightmares on PA.

I totally disagree and to my point about stupid coaches not helping team win flacco coming off knee surgery should have been handing the ball off to a RB a LOT more Instead of passing over 600 times it just doesn't make sense

We should just get rid of everyone and completely start over.  That would solve all of our problems.

I know your being sarcastic, but that is some people that comment on this site's solution. Of course, some of them are common trolls, but others genuinely believe that getting rid of everyone in the FO, all the coaches and 90% of the players would make us a better team. Guess they've never heard of the Cleveland Brownies, who've been trying that approach for years.

I kwow football but you don't have two ,to see our coaches cost us games every year those are FACTs from a smart fan not a troll and if someone doesn't see that you don't know football

So the logic behind the Washington firing is: (Hey Coach Washington, you are such a great coach and have done such a great job that we are going to fire you, because you can find a better job elsewhere). I am going to call the bluff on this idea. This website gets harder and harder to read every day as the Ravens fluff overtakes reality. (Maybe I am wasting my time here)

We definitely can't let Doom go unless we have another capable rusher. The issue the who season on defense was the lack of 2 good rushers due to his injury. Then our issue became the lack of starting caliber corners when Jimmy went down.

Doom + 6 mill + Running On Fumes = RELEASED

Doom will be gone hasn't done anything in 2 years
