  1. You hit the nail on the head
  2. Harbaughs not going to surround hmiself with the best coaches or he would have got rid of Marty and Pees and quit he wants to be the smartest guy in the room that's why he fired jim Zorn as QB coach because flacco liked him and he knows X's and O's
  3. If we had a smarter OC and head coach they could do a lot more to make joe successful for starters run the damn ball best down to throw is 1st down throw the ball deep to back off coverage run different plays from same formation we do none
  4. I agree with you 100%. So many people forget the success weve had compared to most other teams. there are a lot of singular plays on both offense and defense that could have won more games and made us 11 and 5 this year. Some of these fans on here are so quick to want change when the offense has been bogged down with changing OC's. So quick to change 3 out of 4 years no playoffs the offense and defense making the same mistakes over these last 4 years 1 division title In 9 Years so yes I would like change marty and pees have a track record and its not very good when you accept average you become average next year will be looking for a new Headcoach
  5. I wish urshel was a good football player
  6. How many times have we seen it? I mean if its 3rd and 6 our CB's are playing off at least 8-10 yards We have to jam their receivers. It's better than giving them a 5 to 10 yard head start. Our receivers can't off the line because they are jammed. You can't jam the wr with the corners we have. They are undersized an not talented enough to do that. So that's why pees has them playing a mile away from the line of scrimmage. Until we get better corners you will always see them playing off. No its not they are big enough to jam J Smith 6-2 and he doesn't jam a midget can jam its pees coaching style and they make the same excuses each year different players same results also this 10 yards off stuff is pees philosophy its been that way since he got hear he doesn't want guys to get beat deep and has them playing scared if they were 10 yards off the ball and weren't supposed to be you would see coaches yelling to them to more up and they would get benched
  7. Man you Nailed It
  8. Whats harbaugh smoking flacco is no Tom Brady But I wish he was close
  9. Last year after the season ravens said we need to fix Defense, Failed again no speed and small linebackers no pass rush and the same 10 yards off receivers still need a CB and pass rush. on Offense we need to run the ball more and better and than they give the keys to marty his OC tract record speaks for itself he's horrible. Steve B COME on MAN
  10. The only lack of a running game was not calling run plays and at times no blocking but the running backs still did a good job when given the chance marty had 11 weeks to run the ball and to figure out his QB's name was joe flacco and not joe montana but that's just more evidence that marty is not a good OC
  11. we already have 2 very good running backs the OC was just to stupid to use them
  12. Funny you mention that, because I did like a lot of what I saw from Perriman this year. I like that he actually can produce good catches, has speed and notched a couple of TDs finally, as a 1st round pick should do. At the same time, he needs a lot more consistency because some days he was doing great and others he wasn't, dropping passes that hit him right in the numbers. Though I guess this could be chalked up to him still playing his rookie season and is learning as the game goes on. Oh well, 2017's a whole new year so I'm praying that he emerges into that big WR that the Ravens desperately needed and maybe even get this monkey off our back when it comes to drafting wideouts. Perriman was not used enough or used correctly last meaningless game he should have never came off the field they should have thrown 20 balls at him he needs the work He has potential agreed As a #1 Pick he better bring more than potential to the table next season. The coaches needs to let these guys on the field perriman dropped a couple passes but he also made some nice plays 4 TD's in a limited role Pretty damn good start for a rookie so to speak
  13. hey big ugly those are some UGLY stats. gulp!! Looks like he's been great for the opposing team that is
  14. is he the head coach?...no?...So what's the issue? The issue is it shows he's a moron
  15. you nailed it different players every year same coaches same results we cut players when they don't live up to expectations why not the coaches o yeah with coaches its called continuity

  17. Its the old saying give someone enough rope and they will hang themselves harbaugh just made his noose
  18. If as an OC you don't when to run the ball or when to pass you are not going to be very good marty's been around long enough to see he's not going to change
  19. Marty's last head coach tenure was 2001-2002 with the Detroit Lions, he was 5-27 in that time period. Before he came here, he spent 2013-2014 with the Jets, and before that he was with the Eagles from 2003-2012, as an assistant and then OC later on. Dean Pees was never a head coach in the NFL. His last head coaching job was with Kent State from 1998-2003 and then he spent the next 6 years as a defensive coach to the Pats. And Bill Belicheck fired him for the same things he does here give up leads late in games soft and off coverage no creativity no game time adjustments his D is easy to game plan for and after years of the same thing pees still isn't smart enough to change and that's just stupid
  20. I said the same thing when we first hired him he has been an OC at least twice before with jets and philly fired from both and their is a reason andy reid didn't bring him to kc
  21. It's totally impossible to make any sensible predictions for next season now. We won't even know their rosters in more than half a year... I've seen enough to make an educated prediction about next season. Me to another 8-8 or 9-7 at best I don't know why steve B would give it another year clearly harbaugh likes his buddies but at the expense of paying fans and another year
  22. That about sums it up
  23. I like that
  24. I have to get anew TV. I did not see a wide open receiver in 16 games. You need glasses sir, a lot of open receivers but Flacco became the king of the check down. Most of the time he was one read then check down, by the end of the season Smith Sr. And Wallace were being just lazy on routes knowing Flacco wouldn't even look at them. That doesn't happen unless you leave people wide open a lot. that's not so most games receivers were not open even play by play would say receivers could not get separation that's because our routes are the same and way to predictable good oc's make small changes week to week but not marty Ive seen his act before In Detroit ,jets ,philly fired from all 3 where their smokes there is fire
  25. I was rooting for him to be fired because he is not a good OC. he makes lots of mistakes and he doesn't learn from them
