Pees gets a LOT of flack from the fans but I think he does a pretty good job with what he has to work with. I could do with less of the prevent defense in the 4th but nobody's perfect. Think about how our defense outperformed this season. We have Jimmy who is great when healthy, weddle who is a welcome addition and young who surprised. After that the secondary is suspect. There were times when being a man short would have been better than having Wright in coverage. Orr and Mosley did a good job in the middle. Then we have a decent dline that got tired at the end of games and the season in general. Suggs played hurt, doom barely played at all leaving our pass rush up to Judon who has a very promising future. All of that and we still had a high ranked defense all year. I wish Dean Pees was more aggressive but you can only do so much with what you have. pees is not a good DC

They didn't play like I expected I expected a hard fought game that was not the case some guys QUIT out there They lost to the steelers aweek earlier the steelers did not win we gave it to them and that loss has nothing to do with this loss

I agree, Harbaugh should not be fired. Bisciotti needs to get on Harbaughs case about making changes. He has to see the dismal plays that the fans see. I'm sure he was that he ran his other businesses that way, he didn't become a billionaire by being soft on his employees. The head coach has to be more vocal with his players, let them know when they screw up, not at practice but during the game. Nick Saban, lets the players know when they make bone head plays. Get tough Harbaugh. What if the head coach doesn't know any better? Why is it so tough for people to envision the Ravens parting ways with Harbaugh? Billick got canned after the Ravens had a bad season, and that was with a glaring absence of QB talent. I'm convinced Harbaugh is clueless and has no idea on what/how to move the Ravens forward. Why do some fans make exuses for harbaugh he's not a good head coach this team has more talent than 8 and 8 if these Morons marty and Harbaugh would run the ball a lot more and pees could actually call a defense we would be in the playoffs we lost to the jets this year after having a 10 point lead late in the game I mean why does Harbaugh always get a pass or pees for that matter pees should have been fired after last year

The problem with counting on draft spot is the Ravens have not drafted playmakers in the first 2 rounds in a long time. Offensive lineman are safe bets in the first round. Finding the elite pass rushers, WR, CB, and safties are what improves your team. It's also what OZ has not done well as of late. And stop trying to move down for draft picks has not worked out very well for us

It would take all of 10 seconds for Harbaugh to get another job. Don't hold your breath on Perriman. Not a Player just another WR "Roster Filler" It might take Harbs 10 seconds to find another job, but to think missing playoffs 3 out of the last 4 years won't warm his seat is a mistake. Harbs inherited a team that in 2006 was 13-3 and 2007 was 5-11 because QB was hurt. Ownership was tired of Billick. Since the vets left in 2012, what has he done? ... Make the playoffs in one season sliding under the door as a wildcard, go through 3 OCs (Caldwell, Trestman, Marty), one of the most penalized teams, draft picks not developing or seeing significant playing time, and made in game decisions that cost the team wins. 2017 is a hot seat year. You forgot to add the Super Bowl WIN. Also forgot to mention IF Lee Evans hangs onto the TD Pass in NE in 2011 we would have made two SB appearances. Ask the fans of the Eagles, Browns, Bills, Chargers, Bengals, Texans, Titans, Jags, Chiefs, Falcons, Rams, Cardinals, Bears, Lions, Vikings, and several others how they feel about the Ravens. If harbaugh was a better clock manager lee evans drop wouldn't mean anything .9 years 1 super bowl that's less than 10 % we are not Cleveland eagles or whoever we expect more and that's what makes great teams great when you settle for less you become less home 3 out of last 4 years no playoffs maybe instead of looking at everybody else we should look at the HEAD Coach after all he is the one in charge

Yeah it's absurd if Flacco plays. The injury thing is one thing, but we also need to see what we have in Mallet. In Cincy is a great time to see what he has. Once again, Harbaugh with another great coaching move this year Yes what you guys are saying makes sense but harbaugh does a lot of things that make no sense seriously though. So Marty is as good as gone, Dees can't finish games and should be gone. And Harbs had just about the worst season for a coach for any sports team I've ever watched. If he agreed with all this, would Steve really have the Wavos to bring in an entire new coaching staff?? I hope so. This was maybe the toughest season to watch as a fan for me. Changes need to be made. We can't keep changing OCs every year. Maybe its time for a new coach and staff to come in for the next 10-15 years. I know some people agree, and some think I'm crazy, but this year sucked. We should've easily had the division. And even with some wacky things, we could've had a first round bye with solid coaching during all of those close games. Not sending Tucker out nearly enough, keeping Wright on the team, awful time management, Zero halftime adjustments, no discipline with penalties, the list goes on! We are the Baltimore Ravens. And Steve Biscotti is the man. Time to bring in proven winners and start a new regime. Look at how those teams REALLY faired. They actually played a challenging schedule. I'd guess mid level in the league. They played the Top 3 teams in the NFL and 7 games against teams in the play-offs (8 if Washington makes it). Playing half your schedule against play-off teams is pretty tough. A tough schedule is no excuse to lose good teams that are well coached find ways to win
