I think his biggest mistake as GM by far was the Flacco contract.

    Gonna bookmark this paragraph and wait until you see how much Tony Romo and Jay Cutler get paid in FA this season, as proof to validate what Joe's value would be worth (plus inflation) 2 years from now when that happens.

    So are you saying would become a top 10 QB in next 2 years? come on.. you can not attribute team success to one player and give number 1 money to him. QB should be earned based on his performance, Romo earned because he had good QB rating, team failed because it wasn't good in other areas. If you are comparing with Romo, why don't you compare Flacco with Ben, Rodgers, Brady, etc? None of us are real Flacco haters, just wondering how that elite money worth for him.
