  2. Dude, wake up. Our offense has been the bigger liability BY FAR this season than the defense.
  3. That play may take the wind outta this defense's sails. I'd hate to go up by 7, only to let the Steelers tie it within the next 5 minutes.

  10. What's crazy is that we've been the better team offensively, in terms of total yards, TOP, and 1st downs. Yet, we're losing in the most important category- POINTS
  11. I've been asking that question all season.
  12. Steelers won that half. Points are all that matter, not yards or TOP. Our offense (as usual) is not getting the job done.
  13. The muffed FG attempt and failure by Orr to catch what should have been an INT may be the difference makers in this game. In this rivalry you cannot squander opportunities.
  14. The bottom line with this game so far- Defense is doing it's job. Offense is not.

  17. Not really- Kubiak's hiring should have really set this offense up for success. I think the problem is that our offensive players (except for Yanda) are simply average guys. We have no play makers.
  18. Geez...we drafted Perriman to stretch the field, and throw him a 4-yard pass. Seems about right for this offense.
  19. Yeah, because things were so much worse when he was OC. Nothing has changed since he was fired.
  20. I'll be pleasantly surprised if we at least kick a FG and are only down by 1 at the half. There have been several opportunities squandered though.

  22. In all fairness, our Defense had really gotten it's stuff together since the opening drive TD. But as usual, our offense is horrendous.
  23. If Orr intercepted the pass that hit him in the hands, that's at least three. If we could have capitalized on the opening drive near midfield, that's another 3. If we didn't muff a snap on the 2nd FG attempt that's another 3. So because we're making mistakes instead of making good plays, we're down by 4 instead of up 12-7.
  24. That, AND we suck at drafting pass catchers. I love Ozzie but the proof is in the pudding- he should not be spending 1st round picks on Wide Receivers. Ever.
