Nice job Ryan! As Marc continues to grow as a coach, "social" person and now being part of the Raven's family, it will be interesting to see where this goes. I have no doubt the pieces are in place for him to be successful on the field. If he truly can get comfortable with his new family and home and the players warm up to him, the sky is the limit. All parties are taking some risk here. Let's hope the rewards are worth it.
