  1. I hate to see anyone ever get fired, and I am sure Marc Trestman is a good man, however, this is the first time I have EVER really leaned more toward replacing a coach a.s.a.p. ......... Our offense has completely tanked, and that can't all be on Joe, or the rest of the offense. Joe is in his 9th year, and I don't have to run through all of his and our offenses successes in that time, and yes, Joe is coming off of complete re-construction of his knee so that does factor in here a bit. I am always afraid of the old line of "the grass is always greener on the other side, until you get there", but in this case, I don't know if things can actually get worse than they already are. People always complained terribly about Cam Cameron, but he at least had the Ravens scoring TDs, and was in the playoffs every year he was our OC, and I absolutely think he should get most of the credit for getting our offense to the SB. Ok, rant over, and let's move on to the next chapter...... Go Ravens ???
  2. No he isn't, this one mistake doesn't make him a moron..... He has had 2 intercepts before today, one a game winning intercept. Put the blame where it belongs in this game, offensive play calling and our suddenly way below average special teams.
  3. So very sad, but we fans could see this coming..... Best wishes Justin, to you and your family wherever go and whatever you do. Thank you for the 2 great years you gave us, we will keep you in our hearts always. ???
  4. Interesting how you neglected to mention that Mack was busy steamrolling Joe while he was trying to get the ball out, due to the absolute crap job by our OL So if the pocket is collapsing why doesn't Joe slide up to a open spot or move the pocket like I see Big Ben and Andy Dalton do?! They move around extend the play to get results and the O line did good enough to get the run game going so why can't Joe run a flea flicker and miss an open WR?! I am losing confidence in Joe and he needs to step his game up because teams will always rush the edges and if he doesn't keep his head on a swivel teams will continue to get behind him and cause more sacks and fumbles! You do realize Joe is coming off of major knee surgery less than a year ago, and is dragging around a cumbersome knee brace on his 6'6" frame, right? How mobile do you expect him to be, when he is a pretty big guy to begin with? He got hit pretty good in the ribs yesterday early, not to mention getting hit or chased the majority of the game, he NEEDS BETTER PROTECTION, period.
  5. Your wrong about what we can't beat. I can see us beating Philadelphia, and even split with Pittsburgh or even sweep. The Bengals can be a split or they can sweep us but l think we will beat them this time at home. It's too early to tell how good this this team could get and l believe they will be better during the middle the season. Let it gel. Exactly what I was going to say..... Our Ravens can beat any team on any given day, and have already proven they can beat teams like Pittsburgh and Patriots, the only team that scares me a little right now is the Eagles because of their fast start. But we don't play them till the end of the season, and we will know by then where the Eagles will be sitting. We do however need to get the offense going a whole lot better..... And great article once again Kevin ???
  6. Just too funny ???
  7. Best owner in the league, without a doubt...... R.I.P. Coach Brooks, you will be missed always ....
  8. After reading this article, I lost a WHOLE lot of respect for K.O., he has NOTHING to be mad or have "hurt feelings" about, it was his decision to sign elsewhere for stupid, crazy money, but just my opinion.
  9. Really? No impact what-so-ever? And drops too many balls? I like his fire, and I also like that he HAS impacted our offense for the better. I don't know what you are watching, but I am watching a future HOFer. ??
  10. An ugly win is still better than a pretty loss..... ????
  11. Great article Kevin, as usual you hit the very heart of the matter, and your ability to convey the enormous amount of eternal love, and admiration for Coach Brooks is amazing...... He will be so missed by so many..... ??
  12. I have to say, the Ravens couldn't have picked a better bakery than this for their cakes. Many of my friends and I have gotten cakes from Snickerdoodles for many years, (living nearby to the bakery is an extra bonus ?) and they are outstanding ???
  13. A little rocky at first, but well done in the end, and I do believe Coach Brooks is smiling down for sure ????
  14. I think Justin Forsett is far from garbage, he is coming back from serious injury, and with 2 rookies on the O line, they need to open up more lanes for all our RBs. The running game will come, this is also a work in progress.
  15. Just wow..... Do not panic, do not blink, and do not give up, just take a deep breath...... What an epic comeback and win from our entire group of never-say-never men in Purple and Black, still a work-in-progress, but I will definitely take this win ????
  16. Oh no, I am so heart broken for his family, and his Raven's family. I have been wondering how he was doing....... He was a dedicated coach, and I am sure all players he coached are much better players, and men...... Prayers to all ??
  17. Loved seeing Dennis on the field again, and making an awesome catch like he always has in the past, I just hold my breath now ??
  18. Oh, and seeing those awesome first catches by Perriman and Pitta was priceless, along with that 66 yd passing TD to Wallace ?
  19. Yes, they still are evolving and need to work on things as the season goes along, but it was a good tight defensive win, and I will definitely take it...... They needed to get this opening day loss record monkey off their backs and they did. I am optimistic about many things, both defense and offense ???
  20. I think us fans will be just as nervous and emotional watching him on the field of play for the first time in 2 years, I just pray he stays safe out there ??
  21. I agree with you, especially your comment about Ed Reed, but it does make me feel a bit better that he is working under his mentor in Rex Ryan ??
  22. I still wish Tyrod all the best in the world, just not against us ???
  23. Yep, speaking for myself, I still need that occasional reminder to "Stay Calm, and Trust Ozzie"...... BTW, is there a t-shirt I can buy that has this on it, lol ??! ????
  24. I agree somewhat with you, however, about the old age and loss of speed comment, I wouldn't say that too loud to Smith Sr., lol, he has a different idea on that ??
