Don't know much about Ryan Mallet, except the fact he sat behind Tom Brady since he's been drafted. Kind of hard to get playing time when you are sitting behind one of the greatest in the NFL. Ask Aaron Rodgers. With that being said, Aaron Rodgers sat behind Brett Favre, Tom Brady behind Drew, Kurt Warner behind Trent Green. I know there's more, but I said all that to say, those guys who sat, when they got their chance to play, they won and went to Super Bowls at some point. We all know that the Houston is like the QB killer. We all know what happen with Matt Shaub there, but he did win with those guys. Foster, Andre Johnson, and whoever else was there. They gave us a hard time a few times when we played against them. Since then they haven't had too much going on in QB position. So I wont judge Ryan Mallet on that, that's why I say I don't know much about Mallet. This is what I do think, The guy is a big man like Cam Newton as far as size. I don't if three games is enough to warrant a spot on the team for next season, but it if you are successful and that doesn't mean necessarily win all three games, but the way you loose. Like interceptions and the disease known as fumblitis. Now if you go out and lay it on the line like its your chance at football for these three games then I think he'll be back. Some may think why play hard when the season is done? Well it's not done, there is three games left. You still going to want that check aren't you. Plus these past experiences with #1 draft picks is just not what it use to be. Since we wont be picking 29-32 this season we will still have a shot of getting a decent guy, or even trade it or whatever the case may be, we will still be in a good spot in the draft, so ball out never know what might happen. Spoiler alert.
