  1. Aaron Rodgers & Matt Ryan, you have one job. Put up a 50 berger in the Super Bowl and embarrass the Steelers or Patriots.

  2. I'm back.  It's been a rough Winter.  The Dad is hanging tough.  I am so glad that we had the chance to get him to M&T so that he could be honored for his great service during WWII.  That is a memory I will never forget. He likes the Ravens.  Back in the day, he truly was a hero.  He'll be 91 this year.  He has always been so proud of his service.  So are we.

You guys should be proud and tell your dad I said thank you.

  3. With the Frazier signing, I like our coaches on offense and defense. Now we need DBs, Pass rushers, and another WR. I'm going to do my best to hold back and not make any mock drafts until after we've signed a few free agents.

Well it'll be right before the draft after we pick over the leftovers.

  4. The draft is just too far away, I think we all want to see these players at the combine!

Don't forget the senior allstar games.

  5. The result sucks, but I'm proud of the guys. Even though we're not playing to get in the playoffs, even though the results of the game were getting further and futher away, they played their hearts out. Talentwise we lost out, there was no way our backup team could make it, but by gods they didn't give up!

      Hand out the participation trophies.

  6. Ray Lewis - 26th Pick. Ed Reed - 24th Pick. Marshal Yanda - 86th Pick. Flacco - 18th Pick. Webb - 88th Pick. Pitta - 114th Pick. Brent Urban - 134th Pick. Timmy Jernigan - 48th Pick. Brandon Williams - 94th pick. Point being... we can find great players in any round so please stop complaining that winning will ruin our draft spot.

Ngata 12th pick and Suggs 10th pick. Wholeheartedly agree with you. The players we have now need confidence and must learn to win.

  8. Can someone explain to me what type of voodoo the Seahawks are using to fit all of these huge contracts under the cap?

They already had to cut a starting veteran DT and don't quote me on this but thru NFL Sirius sattelite I heard they have 96 mil given out to the top 10 players this year and they're gonna have to depend on youth to fill out the rest of the roster. They're gonna have to depend on youth for rotational depth and you've got Bennett and Chancellor both upset now about their contracts which could hurt team unity. Welcome to Pay the QB ville.

Goodell knows people are watching this very closely. I like Shannon Sharpes idea of a million dollar fine, loss of 1st rd draft pick and a year suspension for Belichick.

  14. Okay, Flacco declined the pro bowl in favor of family. Cool. Still confused by Trestman over Gase after hearing everyone's thoughts on those two candidates.

Lets just say he did wonders with Scott Mitchell in Detroit. Remember him. Also Rich Gannon won an MVP under his guidance. Plus I don't think he'll be looking for a HC job anytime soon so hopefully we can have some consistency.

I'd be rooting for him especially if he's going against Manning or Brady. It'd be nice to get that monkey off his back.

  16. Excuse me, how is injuring your child by repeatedly hitting him with some instrument and leaving bloody prints, while perfectly sober and in your "right" mind any less severe than hitting your fiance once when hammered? If anything, a woman can choose to leave of her own free mind, the child has no escape. Double standards. Not happy.

  18. Now, the question is who will step up at running back? Will Pierce actually be able to take over as a starter? Or will it be Forsett who actually showed he can produce? Or even Taliaferro? Toussaint???

    1. Willbacker

      Willbacker

Im not giving up on Pierce after one game but I like all our options.

  19. i wonder who is going to be the first player on IR because of a hangnail or a scraped knee, so far our entire IR is actually injured, a rare feat for the ravens.

  20. brandon merriweather is the type of person that caused goodell to make these helmet rules that we complain about. this guy needs to be out of the league, period, he has shown repeatedly that he is nothing but a hazard to the players around him, he doesnt know how to get low, doesnt care about form, doesnt use his arms or shoulders, he just launches his helmet at opponents heads and hopes it works. he needs to be gone from this league.

    1. Willbacker

      Willbacker

Ive personally lost count on how many players this guy has injured. He knows what he's doing.

      Willbacker

Thats actually quite shocking. Usually we dont get respect and a lot of times I think we play better when we dont get any. Not sure if this is actually good news. Lol
