Still time for voting. Probably go 2 full days before division champs face off.
Thanks for making the selection @-Truth-.
As my picks have shown, I value a strong coaching staff very much. I took Belichick well before any other HCs went and my first 2 continuation picks were my coordinators. Patricia may not get as much credit as other DCs because of Belichick, but he is definitely one of the best in the league and I think he becomes a head coach within the next 2 years.
My coaching staff is as follows:
HC: Bill Belichick
OC: Bill O'Brien
DC: Matt Patricia
I think that gives me the best coaching staff in the game and the fact they have chemistry and all have the NE connection helps.
@BOLDnPurPnBlacK is up followed by me (pick with @allblackraven, @rmw10 and @-Truth-).
Boldn is on a voluntary 1 hour clock. I'm not sure if I'll be around so you 3 with my pick can make it at anytime once I'm up.

Once I took Brady in the 1st round I went full win now. Fact that I landed Lynch gives my team some hope for the future (as I doubt Brady is still going well then).

And this isn't like Seattle where Wilson can make up for some of it. Romo isn't mobile.

I was also trying to think of a way to rate the teams as I know we always like that and this was the easiest way imo.
Here is my plan for the voting:
After say 2 days, take the highest vote (in terms of percent) from Divisions 1-4 (Conference 1 per say) and go up against the lowest percentage division winner. Then the 2nd and 3rd division winners in terms of percent go up against each other.
Same thing goes for Divisions 5-8. That way it is more like an actual playoffs with seeding.

Brown and Fitz I would argue are the best recurring duo Rodgers has had. The pass rush is very deep inside and out.
I really like Allblacks team as well. I think the match up is very good and will continue as wentz develops.
I can get behind allblack for the future, but not for this year. Wentz just wouldn't be ready.
Okay, finally around to this one.
@BmoreBird22 has given Andrew Luck something he has never had: an OL! Defensive unit should be solid with Daniels and Avril leading the way, though that LB corps is pretty weak. My vote to be best now and in 3 year time.
@Daft Classic did what the Texans did and put their future on the arm of Brock Osweiler. At WR Sanders and Smith will complement each other well. Von Miller will bring the heat as always and Berry/Chancellor is a great S combination, though I'd rather have Berry at SS than FS.
With Matt Ryan throwing to Dez Bryant and TY Hilton, @berad has a great passing game, but the investment at WR and defense shows on the OL, where the interior is pretty weak. Strong all-around defense.
@regz1997 has a good team, but an investment in 5 WRs in 26 rounds leaves the team lacking in other areas. Houston, Hughes, Slay is a good defensive core for the future, but Houston likely misses the start of this season.
Unfortunately 2 teams who didn't go the distance here.
@VeiledPsychosis is going to have a mean pass rush and a solid secondary to back it up. Offense will be solid but only 3rd best in the division.
@ravefan52 has the QB (Wilson) and the youth to be a contender for a while. Surprisingly still no C. My vote to win in 3 years time.
@NFLfan123 took over a tough situation and the roster shows. Elite talents in Antonio Brown and Patrick Peterson though.
@-Truth-'s offense is going to put up lots of points as long as Big Ben stays healthy. Defense won't be as good, but has immense front 7 depth. My vote to win the division this year.
I don't see a true standout team here and the vote could go either way.
@codizzle has the best QB and a solid start, but only has half a team.
@Deflated Football has the offense (especially skill players) to win, but I don't see much pass rush, which will expose the young CBs and there isn't a true deep safety to help them. In a close division, I think the offense is enough to win it.
@CalvinSmoke has a top HC and Gronk with a solid QB in Dalton. Like before though, a lack of pass rush could be a problem.
@RavensFanMania has a young team and assuming Tannehill takes 1 more step, this is the team to beat in 3 years.
Maybe the worst QB talent in this division.
@rmw10 has the best QB in Bortles and did a good job with the makeup picks, but those missed rounds show.
@RaineV1 has the 2nd best QB in Taylor and has surrounded him with a good scheme for him. Combine that with a good front 7 and youth, this team got both my votes. Secondary is an issue though.
@BOLDnPurPnBlacK has a ball control offense with Gurley but a weak OL in a division with strong front 7s. Elite DL followed by strong LBs and CBs will do their best to carry the team.
@Archeearl92, clearly built young and like others here has a top DL. Everything depends on Jimmy G at QB though. We'll know a lot more after he plays those 4 games for NE.
Each team has clear cut strengths and weaknesses here.
@Ozzsome has Mariota and a strong OL and DL, which should be enough in a division that probably isn't going to score too much. My vote to win the division now.
@52520Andrew's team depends on the development of Goff, but Donald and Poe should wreck people until then. My vote for 3 years from now.
I'm a big believer in building a strong OL and @usmccharles and @Tru11, you both have QBs with injury histories and with weak OLs, that doesn't bode well. Usmcc has a top defense. Tru has play lots of playmakers for Romo, but will he have time to throw it? Also a strong secondary with Thomas and Sherman.
This is a very good division overall and was a tough decision. Well done all 4 of you. Good arguments can be made for all 4 teams to win this year and 3 teams for 3 year from now (@ALSKAN RAVEN FAN's team is just too old for then imo).
@LosT_in_TranSlatioN has a nice offense going (really like the TEs, RBs and Gs) and good front 4 and CBs.
@Dubs has a solid all-around team and I kept noticing throughout the draft that he was building similar to me, just younger. He got my vote for 3 year from now.
@ALSKAN RAVEN FAN has a small window and is going to have to score a lot to win games, but he has the offense to do it. My vote to win this year.
@ludy51 has my man Teddy and has young team. Not enough playmakers on offense to win imo in such a tight division.
I really like @Kinda_Dante's offense, but I'm not sure the defense is good enough to win the division.
Tough to bet against Aaron Rodgers, so I went with @ravensdan to win the division.
@allblackraven's team all depends on the development of Wentz. Team to watch for 3 years down the road.
@PaRAYdise had a good start, but the team isn't complete and I want to see more from Kirk Cousins still.
Everyone make sure to vote on who they think the best teams are!
If we have enough votes, we can hopefully pit division winners against each other and work all the way to a champion!
Obviously I'm biased, but I think I have the best team in this division right now.
Coaching Staff: Bill Belichick is the best HC in football right now and it isn't close.
Offense: Tom Brady is suspended 4 games, but he is still one of the best QBs in the game and Paxton Lynch provides a QB for the future. Jamaal Charles and Danny Woodhead provide a good 1-2 punch that fit the NE offensive scheme and are playmakers. Martellus Bennett and Dwayne Allen provide a talented 2 TE set and can both block and give Brady another good TE group. Julian Edelman is Brady's favorite WR and the perfect scheme fit while Kamar Aiken quietly had a good season and is in line for another one. The OL of Joe Thomas, Joel Bitonio, Matt Paradis, Brandon Linder, Bryan Bulaga is probably at least top 3 in the game.
Defense: At DE Michael Bennett is and elite pass rusher and run defender while Junior Galette is a high-level pass rusher and Devin Taylor had 7 sacks playing 50% of the Lions snaps and provides insurance for Galette and will play a lot when Bennett kicks inside. DT Jurrell Casey is a borderline elite player who excels vs the run and pass and Steve McLendon is a good run-stuffing NT, which is all I need. Only 2 LBs as I chose a 5th DB over a 3rd LB, but DeAndre Levy is one of the best WILLs in the game and Ben Heeney is a rising player who played well when he took over as a starter last year. At CB, Malcolm Butler has become a top CB, Joe Haden has been a top CB in the past and is still young and Buster Skrine is a solid #3 option and is in a good spot to succeed. At S, neither Eric Reid or Ron Parker are top talents, but both are solid players who are best in coverage and Parker can move all around and even play slot CB.
I don't think there is a standout team for the best in 3 years. I honestly could see all 4 of them being the best.
For my team, I have older players and people in their primes now and not many players still on rookie contracts, but if Paxton Lynch develops well him and Belichick could do a lot of damage and my interior OL are all 3rd or 2nd year players.

Indeed. This was my toughest choice.
