  1. 1a. Eugene Monroe 1b. Dennis Pitta 2. Daryl Smith 3. James Ihedigbo 4. Jacoby Jones 5. Arthur Jones The only reason I have Art that low is because I honestly think he's priced himself out of Baltimore. I love Jacoby and want him to stay, but ever since I started this thread, his price is getting higher.
  2. The guy is a lifeline. When you think you're out of it, get the ball to Jacoby. I don't know if we can afford him, but it's not so easy to let him walk. Discussions have to at least take place.
  3. I think he will. I'm guessing $2-2.5M annually for 2 or 3 years. Just my guess. I honestly don't see him getting a significant offer on the open market.
  4. Judging by today, I honestly think he'll be back. The offense is much more dynamic with him in it. I could be wrong, but I just have a feeling we'll be seeing more of Jacoby.
  5. I agree. Britt is probably looking at getting the vet minimum, maybe $1-1.5M at most if some team still believes in him.
  6. I believe he also said he'd take a discount because he loves it here so much. I could honestly see him getting a 2 year, $4-5M deal to stay. I believe it could happen pretty quickly as well.
  7. I don't know if he was benched exactly, but Jacoby started seeing a lot more time at PR since Doss wasn't making good decisions. He lost time at WR as well.
  8. Yeah those guys plus Art Jones are definitely the priorities.
  9. I don't know how big of a deal he'll get. It's hard to say when he's getting up there in age and is primarily a KR with a least a little something at WR. Say it was $2.5M a year. Would you consider it? I'd have to think about it at least.
  10. That's what I think. I personally wouldn't bring him back if he wants too much. I'm just trying to wonder from the team perspective.
  11. And this proves you're not a fan. No one roots against their team and hopes for the worst.
  12. Yeah no one's going to claim him. He's actually owed about $1M for the rest of the year. Approximately $400K in base salary, $400K is roster bonuses, and $200K or so that the Texans can claim for whatever reason.
  13. Baltimore Ravens ‏@Ravens28m The Ravens are not planning to re-sign safety Ed Reed.
  14. We didn't make an offer. We were prepared to move on without Reed.
  15. Why are we discussing Reed leaving like this? The Ravens never even made an offer. He had no choice but to leave since he wanted to continue playing...
  16. Called it on page 1!
  17. Brian McFarland ‏@RavensSalaryCap Unfortunately, Reed's benching and release likely screws Ravens out of a Comp pick next March. Reed likely won't qualify now.
  18. ProFootballTalk ‏@ProFootballTalk1m Attention, Ravens fans -- your favorite team will not be making a waivers claim for S Ed Reed, per league source.
  19. It's actually that $411K + $62K for every game he is active. They jumped the gun on reports there. We can't take up that much money. If we really want him (which I doubt), we'd have to get him for the pro-rated vet minimum.
  20. In all seriousness, it wouldn't be hard to find a roster spot for him if we really wanted him back. The question is whether he'd be willing to accept a backup/mentorship role. I doubt he does come back, but for nostalgic purposes, I'd love to see it happen.
  21. In before Poes Crows says it was huge mistake not re-signing him.
  22. Well, that was unexciting. I was at least hoping for a close game since I'm not really a fan of either team.
  23. And Ramos misses the PK.
  24. Neymar is incredible. Such simple moves that create so many opportunities.
  25. Brazil is flat outplaying Spain right now. They just seem to be complacent. Brazil came out hot and haven't let up the pressure.
