    Technically, Rey could have signed the offer sheet and not subjected himself to FA bidding at all. It's assuming, but it is possible to trade an RFA so long as they signed their offer sheet.

    I wouldn't do it personally, but I could see someone throwing out an offer at least. He's pretty good, but I don't know if he's 2nd round good. It will be interesting to see. He's the only guy I see that has a tender somewhat close to his value.
