It's a game. We're building based off of the potential we see now. There's no way we can ever know what a player will look like in 3 years. It's simply taking a chance on a guy that shows tons of potential, just as any NFL team would do.

I think Joe Lefeged/Young (whatever he goes by now) is the better option.

I wouldn't say DeCoud eliminates the need. He was dreadful last year. He couldn't tackle to save his life.

Just to let everyone know who was interested in my 3rd round pick (21 in the round, GB original): I'll be fielding offers through the night and making a decision tomorrow. I've had quite a few people express interest. I am looking to get 3 picks in return so I can fill in some depth pieces. Just wanted to be upfront with what I'm looking to get and do.

What if we did a limit of free ones? Say the first 3 are free and everything beyond that costs the standard .5 stars? Just throwing out options if people are uncomfortable with all of them being free. I honestly don't care so long as no one abuses the system.
