As long as we are stuck with Dunkin Joe-nuts- I'd get out of dodge too

Maybe if aiken could actually get open and then actually catch the ball Joe would have been able to keep more drives alive and you would be dunkin to if you were playing with a bad knee and a line that was shaky at best

I guess that we will see (the same DunkinJo-nuts) in time.
Knee, line or not- I have seen more than enough of him. I cannot wait for when he is gone

  2. We good a running back but Harbaugh want an impact guy, basically someone that can carry only 10 times a game and get 30 times a game numbers. We really need an impact head coach who can use talent in the right way.

Correct!.....I'm not so sure why we got a new coordinator ASSISTANT that is pro-running the ball, when we still have the O-coordinator from last year. Something stinks here as well. One calls the shots- right.
It appears that Harbaugh does not have the Hardbaughs to over ride any calls within the frame of a game. That's sad.

  3. Great. Many of you can pay for the tickets / increase. I am no longer. At what point is there ever- its good enough (as in life). Case in point, the Falcons with their new stadium. The dome that they have just left was only 25 years old! Really. Just something (another thing) to consider.

To enhance MY gameday experience, I may have to add a little extra con-carne with my taco dip and fluff up my couch cushions a bit more :)

With regard to his accuracy with a hurt knee (assuming it wasn't completely healed), what was his completion percentage this year vs years past? Was it so much worse this year or not? In fact out of curiosity I dug up his career stats and guess what? 2016 was his best completion percentage ever! So, why do we keep creating scenarios as to why Flacco underperformed? Could it be his knee? Sure but was it? Don't know but at least it didn't affect his completion percentage. Well this article seems to say he was inaccurate because of it, but the stats debunk that theory. Here are the stats:

This is one of those instances where stats doesn't tell the true story.
His accuracy was inflated because of dumpoff passes - remember the New England game lol.
Also most career passing yards. Last season the pass run ratio was something like 70:30. 70:30!!!! Imagine that.
    Garbage yards.

Yeah- and they are going to re-invent the running game next year. Right. ANALOGY: you can have all the best ingredients in the world to cook with- but if your chef cant turn on the stove- someones going to be hungry.

  5. Please. Really. The knee will always be an excuse- now. Before, it was his lack of weapons and incompetence of all those offensive coordinators we went through. What excuse or issue are you going to write about next year. OOOH, wait- I have one. Why did we stick with the coordinator that refused to run the run the ball, while we hire ( a next in line, offensive-assistant) one that likes to run the ball. This is a cover up for when we / Flacco stink next year, in the making).

we went from having one of the best front offices to one of the worst. This rosters been pathetic since ray lewis retired. Ozzie and the front offices inability to find WRs when it seems like these other franchises find them any and everywhere shows that their scouting procedures are out dated. Sucks to be a ravens fan post ray lewis era

It's sickening. I have nothing to do with Baltimore and have lived in Ca my whole life. Yet I honestly believe at this point, I'm just as die hard if not more than a lot of the people here. I sleep with Ravens stuff, wear, I love the Ravens more than anything just about. But everything that drew me to them over the years is fading, and almost gone for that matter. I'm not leaving my birds, but if Steve keeps up with this garbage I wont have a choice before long. not fair to the players or fans. I could go off for about 3 hours on how it's just simply disgusting that this staff is coming back. LIterally made me sick to my stomach when I saw it was so

Bingo! It just goes to show, more than ever- that a QB does NOT make a team. Flacco had received that huge contract through being with many other common denominator team mates that made the team what it was during a specific span. Now that nearly all of those team mates are gone- HE IS EXPOSED for what he is. Joe may be tall, rather durable, and have a strong arm- but so what, that is all that he exhibits. I don't believe that there is a lot 'upstairs' when it comes to Joe reading a defense or calling a play- or even knowing when to get out of the pocket / to extend a play. As the NFL has been evolving toward a pass happy league (due to the over protection of the QB- while there is little regard to other positions) the demand for a more dynamic QB and play calling are emerging- and quickly. Point blank, if we want to continue sticking with the same old, same old philosophies, and or, player/s, well then- we will just continue to underachieve, and thus stink.

Ravens were extremely lucky with injuries this year but still did not help them.

When you are loaded with mediocre players you likely will go 8-8.

We're definitely not loaded with mediocre players. I sincerely believe we had the most talented roster in the AFC easily, and maybe the whole league. The problem was we are loaded awful coaches all the way around, except Frazier. And Joe played pretty much the worst football of his career this year

Yes.... were off to a good start with fixing a very underachieving year.
Iron can forge iron- per Harbaugh, however, you are only as strong as your weakest link. These 'links' include players AND coaches. Reality can bite.
