  1. Ya, that's right. No accountability for Joe. smh Joe has stunk it up many a time- even with a healthy offensive line.
  2. So correct. Pittsburgh pretty much handed us the game- as bad as they looked. Again- much (most) will depend on Joe.......
  3. Because its the Browns. Lets hope, however, I'm sure that Pittsburgh has a lot of pent up angst ready to unleash on the Browns.
  4. I wont see it as a total 'shocker' if we win- we certainly have the potential. The burden (imo) rests on Joes shoulders- and legs. He was happy beating Cleveland. Lets see where the mega-million dollar QB goes with this one. - Go Ravens !
  5. Great responses, all. Not much has changed re the challenge other than when he is holding the ball- usually wayyyyyy too long in the pocket
  6. Pitta has nice hands, other than that, I don't see many other attributes. He is a GREAT story (so much adversity), however! It kills me when they try throwing screens to him and some of the other slower options. smh
  7. Gotta love, Yanda......I'd rather not have Dumervillhe on the field if he is going to be as ineffective as his last effort- especially, going up against a brick wall.
  8. It is what it is......I'll prefer a more intimate meeting come Sunday ;)
  9. Lets first of all, just hope that Joe has something to celebrate- period. If he gets his head out of his....-then, yes.
  10. You got that right.......what Asa will show up!
  11. After a 10 day hiatus, lets hope that our offense is no longer sour-vanilla. Leads us Joe. Prove that you are near the worth that both you and your agent claim.
  12. Dude- Ill eat crow, as well. Hard on the Ravens? Hell yeah. They deserve it when the are beyond horrible (the offensive- mainly) Lets hope we are still in the progressing mode- especially with a decimated O-line. I hope Joe is ready to exit the pocket in due time.
  13. Could. .......however, all of the mis-statement games that we SHOULD have won- will more than likely bite us. I hope I am wrong Good luck in big-D. Go Ravens.
  14. I'm not worried at all about our schedule- its our offense (that is beating itself, whether its the QB [helllo] and, or the issues with the offensive line) I'm consistently worried about. Grant it, we had a nice surge, or spark against Cleveland in the second half- but it was Cleveland. Also, think how many points that were NOT taken advantage of. The 2 major interceptions by Flacco [hi- again] , both in and near the end zone that killed points. A 10 year rookis should NOT be doing that. He had also took a sack for a major loss in the first half that killed the drive and had taken us out of FG range. I know its 'should of' but we should have easily posted a good 40 points against the Browns. Regardless of who is on the schedule, its up to the offense- to progress quickly, and to not beat itself.
  15. You got that right, BigUgly!
  16. A MUCH better game- Thank you, Ravens! . My only major complaint, to date, is the major flag that I had tossed at myself. Here, earlier in the week I had been touting the possible need for smelling salts to combat anything close to a 'steamrolling', I fell short. While tired and sensing possible doom while witnessing another offensive dud during the first half- I had fallen asleep. Bottom line- one cannot administer smelling salts to ones self while sleeping. OUCH ! I messed a great second half-performance! Ill enjoy this for awhile. I'll have nearly 10 days to pile on "somebody" (who had 2 interceptions either in or close to the end zone) at a later date.
  17. I'm psyched about the uni's. I heard that fans will be given some type of color- flags for their section so they can flash it to coordinate with the 'color rush', set up. Ok, fans.....here's a BRILLIANT idea! Given the fact that fans are- obviously, given something, wouldn't it be appropriate to pass out smelling salts (soon?) to the first 40,000 fans. Since someone earlier in the week had mentioned the "steam-rolling" smack.......what if we ever do, actually steam-roll someone. The fans will then need those salts- and then some. Go Ravens, Maalox, and with hope of an eventual Ravens free-bee- smelling salts !
  18. We should definitely put all the blame on Joe - especially when receivers can't get open or better yet when they drop passes. Flacco looks to be in decline. He throws more off target passes now than completions. AND, to the wrong players- even when he is not that hurried
  19. Yes- most definitely a hypocrite!
  20. Dear Joe, Please smell the coffee and wake up out of your funk and do whatever it takes to get this offense on track. Do what many of the other QB's are doing to either get their team to look better and or win! Go Ravens, Go Maalox!
  21. Great to hear and to see such a young buck progress so quickly- unlike some of the other (you know who I am referring to ;) 10 year rookie quarterbacks on the team. Keep up the hard work, Tavon ! Go Ravens, Go Maalox, and lets hope that we can add the term "steamrolling" BACK into the Raven lexicon!
  22. Joe has the ability. I just hope he gets back on track. Despite my earlier post, I am still a Flacco fan. I hope he gets back on track, too. But honestly, he's been sucking on every level. He has no fundamentals. So I ain't counting on it. It would be great if someone would have the kahunas to put out a fan poll, voting for a yes or no to the benching / temporary benching of Flacco. If anyone who reads these from time to time, that has clout- lets get this rolling. Mallett is currently better than Flacco and deserves a chance! I am sure that the Ravens Brass are stuck between a rock and a hard place with this fiasco......
