As I watch Ryan Fitzpatick- RUN at various times- for nice yardage....I suppose I will beat a dead-horse- again. QB's do WHATEVER they have to to win. We have also seen this with the other teams we have faced this year. I did notice Joe run one time out of the pocket to the sidelines against Pittsburgh. C'mon Joe- do WHATEVER you have to to win !

Penalties, for the most part indicate that you are getting beat. With many new pieces and many young players (on pee-fense)- along with three major veterans gone from last year, you may be only so good- or not.

EVEN if and when Where-e-man returns, he is only ONE deep threat player that we seem to hear about (yeah, I know SSS; I am referring to anyone size and or speed).....regardless, at times Joe cant hit the broad side of a barn.

Playmakers normally win. Again- another QB (Carr last week, Dalton today) that has no issue when to run when he has the drive and instinct TO CARRY HIS TEAM. Its time to think about rebuilding (next year)without Flacco.

I can predict a Cinncy blowout AND still be a devout fan- as I am. I am a realist. Hey, if Cinncy DOES blow us out- I am kind of mentally ready for it, where as many will be very disappointed. If the Ravens do win and pull it off- I am twice as elated as many of you. I do not like the Kool Aid and try to keep an even keel. This may not make much sense to many- but it does not have too. NOT true Eisenberg. The coaching staff and Joe Vanilla- ALONG WITH the entire defense should shoulder the "most pressure". Joe has been in the position to win the last THREE games and has not. His accuracy has been WAY off. Yes it is a team game re wins and losses, however, the highest paid position on the team is what ?....the QB. On the flip side, our defense has been suspect for quite some time for a various of reasons. I don't wear rose colored glasses. On paper- unless we change our game planning ( Joe do WHAT YOU HAVE TO TO WIN THE GAME; buy time ala other QBS in the league- like one QB in our division that has been doing it for years- and usually with a suspect line) that I will NOT mention)on both sides of the ball, along with better / consistent play we will get crushed. Back long ago in my betting days I had learned that, just when something looks too good or appears to go one way- it normally does not. Lets see where it goes. Regardless, the coaching staff and Joe- ALONG WITH the the entire defense will have to "shoulder the most pressure" when it comes to this game!

24 minutes ago @SCOTTSDALE RAVENS FAN ! : CQ1 In all due respect, I don't think getting rid of one of the most solid (whether Elite or not) QBs in the NFL make sense on ANY level. His contract will certainly be restructured to reduce his cap hit. Can any fan that has been through the Vinny to Flacco years really want to go back to those days? Really, I mean Really (in the best Amy Poehler voice) Good points, Scottsdale , I just get so frustrated with his play- or lack there of at times. I am just venting on here, in my own way- hence the "over reaction" scenario.

POSSIBLE OVER REACTION: It may be time to rebuild. Flacco is due 26 mil. Lets get some tools with that green, and perhaps see what QB's may loom in the draft.

IF we had a deep threat- would it matter. Flacco appears to be in a rut underthrowing, i.e., the blown pass to a wide open Aiken. THAT was another major, OUCH.

Its a fine line between innovation (simple innovation, here) and desperation. Hats off to the Raiders for winning- especially when Carr pulled a fake hand off and kept it, thus running down the sideline for a MAJOR, critical gain. Again, if you have the QB RUN THE BALL a few times a game (at strategic junctures, of course- when the best possibility of injury will not occur).
