  1. Wow ....did I strike a cord or something??!! I am not fan bashing!! Just like you said...everyone has their own opinions. Mine is, "it doesn't sit well with me" when a "fan" bashes someone on the team. It's my right to say so, like it's your right to say what you say. Thanks for letting me know what a true fan is..... Respect, I agree with you..... While everyone is entitled to their opinion and constructive criticism, I kind of get really tired of the mean-spirited, venom-filled posts about anyone and everyone in the entire organization, that is NOT constructive criticism in any way, shape or form. This world seems full of enough hate, and I just need to go de-stress after reading the forums sometimes..... Many fans are tired of the same old, same old, and are frustrated. Simply put, the team is selling a product that is faulty and well below its normal standards. I am sure that most of us want a better product than what has been portrayed.
  2. Sorry to hear about Joe- if there is an issue, however, I have no problem with Mallett. Yes! Given the plethora of issues, I bet that he will spark our team. We need any and all sparks that we can muster. Go Ravens.
  3. ......and, for some time "everything will be ok once we get Joe some weapons" Helllllllo.
  4. If I'm the Jets, I'm feeling real good.
  5. Harbs has to show that confidence card to subdue fan turmoil- and gives us hope. (And I am not feeling it). What is stewing in me is: Flacco and his agent held us against the eight ball with his large contract (overpaid). Given that, we should have every right to sit Joe and give Mallett a chance- soon. Real soon.....and yes, I am wise enough to know that all of our team issues do not fall on Joe.
  6. You can keep adding spices to the chicked "salad'.....but as long as it has chicken-- in it- it will always taste like chicken--. Who wants to win this division? Lets keep stirrin it up. Next ? Flacco- regardless of his contract.(To miss a wide open side line target, plus, to get a delay of game penalty- all on the last drive, is absolutely ridiculious. But I'm sure- worse than that- will be the front office sticking with him. Next?
  7. 6 things to watch: Me- popping out the Maalox from my Pez dispenser.
  8. Contrary to what many may perceive, I cannot wait to root our team on. With that, I am sure that I will end up being MORE bald than what I am. Go Maalox, go Ravens !
  9. lol......... stink it up. Well mi amigo, unlike you and a few others who don't seem to actually watch the games, I think Flacco has played extremely well most of the time in the past 4 years with at times, little or no support. If you think Flacco's play has been the issue I would suggest following another sport. I can't see how you can follow football and make comments like "Flacco has played extremely well" in the past 4 yrs. In that span he has 65 TDs and 48 Ints. If you take away the 2014 when Gary Kubiak was here (27TDs and 12 Ints)' he has 38TDs 38 Ints. He is what you call a system QB. You should know this by now. Many fans cannot take off the rose colored glasses
  10. He is a 9 yr veteran QB. He should be able to call plays at the line that maximize his protection. But I guess we shouldn't expect that from a player that has signed 2 $120M+ contracts. We should build a mobile brick wall for him so he just sit back a throw darts. He's definitely going to the HOF if we can do that for him. Sarcasm doesn't look well on you. I'd like to see you do as well coming off acl, mcl injury. Ok now the ACL/MCL is the new excuse. If you guys can just hold Flacco to half the expectation that every other player is held, it would be fairy reasonable. Here's a guy whose performance is most congruent to the team's fortune or demise, and yet been most inconsistent. He has never ever been benched from day one. He has had the opportunity to master his position, but yet every week there's a new excuse. Roger that, JamesA !
  11. Our offense has done basically nothing to win any of those games. When a product should be much better than what it actually is and has touted as such, I would like the product repaired- especially when I am either invested (purchasing either tickets or products) / emotionally invested. For the most part, I believe that as long as we have Flacco at the helm- many of the same issues will remain.

I'd like to see you do as well coming off acl, mcl injury. If the injury is going to be an excuse- which does not matter with regards to Joe, someone else should be quarterbacking = good old fashioned politics
  13. You'll probably have to stash your readiness for a good while (=barring an injury). Luckily... Roger that Bio. Joe needs to do all that he can to win- and not worry too much (smartly) about any injury..... a delicate balance there. Todays prototype QB (i.e. Cam, RWilson) can both throw and smartly escape the pocket (for the most part). Its a shame with Joe he can- but is reluctant to leave the pocket- especially, when the defense gives him half the field in front of him (at times). Joe has to step up and carry this team- point blank.
  14. Tomorrow will tell alot. Alot. Godspeed.
  15. It should be, "Who's playing" and who's showing up.......It should be interesting to see how Joe reacts- in the pocket, THIS week. "React", being the key word. I've been ready for a QB change for ALONG time (the strong arm bit only goes so far.....ask Jay Cutler) Anyone else ?
  16. Ya. He was our sack "leader" last year with 6.5. Dude is one trick pony, and needs someone opposite him to even be a threat. He's done. Yes. DID-mervil
  17. Yes- in with "a purple storm"...and out with the Maalox storm !
  18. Perriman needs to get good, first. When has Flacco ran (lol) for his life ? He'll stand in the pocket for 10 minutes- or play a round of monopoly before he decides to run. That is half of Joes problem
  19. When down as much as an offense can be, "high expectations" = you can only go up. Can we please take some type of command of this game? Joe!? Go Marty. Go Ravens.
  20. Permian has tweeted that he has "got to get better". Excuse me, but, you have to be good first. Dropping and missing balls in numerous games, doesn't cut the mustard. Trestman was / is not the only issue. Lets keep that kitchen nice and toasty.......
  21. As long as Flacco is going to continue to be a hybrid (Drew Bledsoe x a leaning tower of Pizza) in the pocket- expect much of the same. Please prove me wrong.
  22. Anything is better than that mess. Lets hope that this change progresses well- if not, we know (many of us) where the issue lies- which has been part of the problem for some time.
  23. Lets clean slate: Either Trestman goes or Flacco gets benched. With Flaccos salary, I doubt that will happen. Regardless, 5 games into the season and we reek offensively. We should be much better than what we are showing. Blame what you want. Yes- I am a frustrated fan. Lets revolt.
  24. Its Mallett time! YES!!!!!!!!! Joe Flacco is a way better quarterback than Ryan mallet. Joe Flacco is not the problem it's the play calling and the offensive line being hurt. Flacco will continue to be the Ravens guy for years to come. "better" paid / politically- so he'll have to play. Joe was lucky to get to and win the Super Bowl. Look how many games he gave away to Pittsburgh in the playoffs before those years. Look how bad we looked getting into the playoffs the Super Bowl year. Now, he finally has the weapons, and has been through how many offensive coordinators- what is the issue ?
