The US Supreme Court is hearing arguments to the Healthcare Reform Act the President signed into law his first year in office, with the main question being, "can the federal government mandate everyone having to get/pay for health insurance"? My question is, how dis-similar is this than what they do with car insurance?   3. Had an absolutely brilliant day today. Hooked up with Tomiya (Ella), her son David, and Oscar ( Tomiya & Oscar are High School classmates) today down in Washington D.C. We did a tour of the Pentagon, had lunch in Chinatown, swung by the MLK memorial/Georgetown/Arlington National Cemetery/ and the Fishermans market to get the biggest damn shrimps/prawns I have ever seen in my life.
