Watched through season five of Parks and Rec on Netflix. As season six is unavailable, does anybody have any recommendations? 

Watch the six season on Solarmovie or Movie4k. Just make sure you have adblocker on and go to the right links. For example: Playedtk, vodlocker, putlocker, sockshare, and a few other links are decent. The rest I would advise to say away from. 

Just starting season 3 of GOT. Killer show.

PN, have you read the books yet?

No I haven't. It's hard for me to get into books with my ADD, I'll pick them up at my library and see if I can get into them though. Is it really crucial to read the books before watching?

I watched the first season before I read any of the books, and I wouldn't say it's crucial to read them prior, but it would be highly recommended. I think watching the show (or any movie or show for that matter) prior to reading can distort one's imagination which partly makes books so awesome. Personally, it makes the book seem not as interesting, given that you now have a picture provided for you rather than you establishing it yourself. 

With that said, the books are definitely more nuanced, dense, and complicated than the show. I'd also say they are even more entertaining. Especially since you have ADD, you would want them to be as enthralling as possible, and just quite possibly the show may deteriorate the value of the book, and you definitely don't want that because the books are phenomenal. 

I don't know. To be honest, in actuality it's hard to know what those tards where thinking, because generally thoughts were non existent.

I'm hooked on Game of Thrones, I should have been watching this a long time ago.

Have you read the books prior to watching the show? If not, I suggest stop watching the show right now, go buy all 5 books in paperback for 25 bucks or so, then take 1 week off work, and then, finally proceed to read over 5000 pages of glorious words.  

Not sure if anyone on here has seen Requiem For a Dream....very powerful film.

If you want to watch shows you can just stream them off the Internet also, that is if you don't feel like downloading them. There a few good websites that direct you to a 3rd party site, just make sure you have a pop-up blocker on. Examples: Solarmovie, Moviek2k, Tvlinks
