I'm fine with Cena gaining the upper hand every week, because it means The Rock most likely wins at WM.
Faster, Rundown, and Walking Tall are the kind of movies The Rock needs to be in more often.
These kiddie movies are not for him.
I can see that, and that's why I also believe that they'll almost certainly put Cena over and try to recreate that same moment when Hogan gave Rock his props and passed the torch.
The problem is, I don't think fans will buy it -- at least not with the way this feud is shaping up. Hogan-Rock felt natural, save for the lame nWo attack on Rock in the ambulance. Rock-Cena feels 100% manufactured, right down to what both men are being told to say in their promos.
More and more, I'm convinced that this build will let me down and the match will ultimately be a disappointment.
I actually think they have The Rock win this match. Cena can't really have much of a moment if the crowd boos him out of the stadium. (which will happen because its in Rock's hometown)
I see The Rock winning this match, and Cena winning the re-match. (whenever that is)
I've always said that the Hogan/Rock WM matchup was the real catalyst behind Cena calling him out 2 or whatever it was years ago. Cena wants his own iconic moment.
Except the build-up makes it seem like a totally different feud.
I can really care less though. I'm just happy to see The Rock wrestle again.
That was great.
Hopefully The Rock is back next week.
Is Mick Foley going to wrestle at mania?
I wish that Rock doc was on Netflix.
They need to make a full-length "The Walking Dead" movie to end the series... who's with me?
Maybe. But thats way in to the future considering the show is only in its second season.
I haven't watched wrestling in a couple years now, but I'm going to start again, since The Rock was one of the reasons I started watching wrestling in the first place.
The WM card looks pretty good so far. Its great to see Punk and Jericho in the championship match. I'm not sure who this Daniel Bryan guy is. He just doesn't strike me as a credible world champion. Hopefully they put Orton in the match to make it interesting.
Watched Super 8 for the first time. The story, and kid actors just didn't interest me, but I decided to give it a watch because I love Kyle Chandler.
Overall, I thought it was pretty good. I'd give it a 7.5 out of 10.
I agree. Have you ever seen 127 Hours? I know you don't really like my taste in movies/actors, but you should check that flick out. It's an excellent movie
I did.
Excellent performance from Franco.
Like James Franco.
Absolutely loved Pineapple Express. Maybe the most I've ever laughed watching a movie. (minus Anchorman of course)
Am I the only one who thinks Battleship looks insanely bad? The same goes for 21 Jump Street. I can't STAND Ice Cube or Channing Tatum.
Prometheus on the other hand looks awesome
That weird.
Channing Tatum seems like your kind of actor.![]()
Those who dislike Drive are the same people who expected a Fast 5, shoot 'em up action packed movie. You have to appreciate the acting, art, music and climax that this film had to offer. Let me guess, you didn't like it because he didn't take the money at the end?
C'mon man.
I haven't seen it yet.
Really want to see that. Is it in English?
Nope, but there are ENG subtitles. I highly recommend it if you can stand extreme violence. Probably the most disturbing and emotionally strong movie I've ever seen.
But its one of those revenge movies, so its probably not in your alley.
Anyone on here seen I Saw the Devil? (not for the faint of heart, just in case anyone wanted to check it out)
I liked the scenery and everything, but the way Paris was portrayed wasn't really an awe factor in my eyes. Europe in general has been shown in a dark light before, so that didn't really impress me much. You knew as soon as the girl was taken that Liam would kick [profanity deleted] and eventually get his daughter back without him being terribly hurt. It was just very straight forward.
I've NEVER liked the Bourne movies, lol
So you like the recent Adam Sandler movies, yet hate Taken??
smh so hard, I might twist my neck...
The Haunting, Clash of the Titans and Episode 1 are awful.
Taken, Schindler's List, and Les Miserables more than makes up for those.
Unkown was pretty good too.
Any one going to check out The Grey with Liam Neeson?
Anything with Liam Neeson = an automatic watch
Anyone looking forward to The Hunger Games in March?
Still trying to finish the book.
Watchmen never really interested me.
Still haven't watched it.
Same with Capt America. Good popcorn flick, would watch again but not exactly the Dark Knight.
Funny you mention that. Its the next movie in my queue.
Watched Thor yesterday.
Nothing amazing, but I thought it was pretty good.
Honestly, the only Sandler movies I remember liking are Punch Drunk Love and Click.

WWE can't be that stupid. Right?
I still think the ideal thing to do would be to have The Rock win at Miami, and have Cena win the re-match. (Summerslam or next years WM)
