  1. I wouldn't trade him. You can never have too many pass-rushers and he's an excellent one. Not to mention he's great insurance for Suggs.
  2. What hurts the most is the fact the AFC is so wide open. Imagine if our team was as good as last year...Nobody would scare me.
  3. Mohammad Sanu is someone I'm highly interested in. I think he has #1 potential but gets lost in the shuffle and has a very meh QB. He could end up being a major bargain for what he brings to the table ala Emanuel Sanders.
  4. This is beginning to look like a hard one not to win at this point.
  5. Might as well just keep Pees if that's the alternate.
  6. No doubt there's been a lot of bad football this year, mainly because there's a lot of bad football teams. Way more than usual. Even the best teams this year are nowhere as good as previous great teams. With that being said though, I'm still glued to the television on Sunday. The Redzone channel has become an addiction.
  7. If that's the reason they didn't take him, I find it idiotic. For a player like Donald, you build your defense around him and not the other way around. And if we take Bosa, and 4-3 is a better fit, you have to adapt. Especially with a pick that high.
  8. Feel like I change every day on which guy I'd rather go for. If it comes down to these guys, I'm going to put my faith in whoever Ozzie decides to go with.
  9. Can't lose either way.
  10. I don't love Garcon, but if he's cheap, I'd gladly take him over what we have. And I would not cut Forsett... Even if you think Buck is a starter (I'm not so sure), Justin would still be a valuable 3rd down back. He'd also be a great back-up plan if Buck fails as a starter.
  11. People would have said the same about Aaron Donald, and he's just as good as Watt if not better if I dare say so.
  12. Boyd is probably the safest pick at WR (on the field). At worst, I see him as a solid #2, and at best I see Keenan Allen.
  13. I will always be grateful to Pitta for his vital part in the SB run, and I'm happy he was able to make some money before his career ended. That being said though, I think it's time to call it a career sadly.
  14. Well our luck hasn't worked out with model citizens at WR. Maybe a WR with some baggage might be the draft pick we need.
  15. There are definitely parts of his game that need to be polished, like you said blocking - not exactly a strength of his. I've also heard some criticize his route running, but I'm not sure if that's him or the system to be fair. I've also heard some players say he's "mean", which is good. Shorter WR with attitude, now who does that remind me of?.... The talent is undeniable. He can instantly contribute in the NFL as a lethal deep threat, and develop into something bigger, assuming he puts the work in.
  16. Love Coleman. Don't know if he's the best, but he's been my favorite WR to watch this year.
  17. The more I watch Ramsey, the more I think he might be just as good at CB with time. Maybe a Charles Woodson type.
  18. I'm really not a fan of getting a no name FS from FA again. It seems like we've done it every year since Reed left and it's been disastrous. Especially if it means we'll pass up a once in a decade type talent in Ramsey.
  19. If he's anywhere near that good, it would be hard to pass up. We have a solid d-line, but nothing too amazing.
  20. I haven't really watched much of Robert but I've heard some say he isn't a great pass-rusher. That kind of worries me if true. If we're drafting a DT with a top 10 pick, he better be an amazing pass-rusher. But again, i personally haven't watched much of him, but plan on checking him out.
  21. I don't think Boyd falling to the 2nd is really that crazy. As for the 1st pick, I would have zero problem with this pick. If Bosa, Ramsey, and either of LT's were on the board you honestly can't go wrong. Just remember Dallas passed up Watt for Smith and I'm sure they don't regret it.
  22. I miss the swagger on defense.
  23. I think in today's pass happy NFL, Smith would be a good fit in any defense.
  24. Keenan Allen is exactly who I think of when watching Boyd.
  25. Looks like we might fall out of the top 5 which unfortunately takes us out of the Ramsey sweepstakes.
