A solid player on an otherwise horrible line. Should be able to play a lot better next to Mathis.
With the 484th pick Dante's Inferno selects,

Ju'waun James, Tackle
I was hoping to get Haloti with my next pick.

Well I do like big butts and I can't lie so...
Yes, we have always liked to keep a fullback and he's definitely one of the top at the position.
Why is this thread still a thing? Eugene has moved on and the team has moved on. It's time we as fans move on, whether you think it's the right move or the wrong move it's done.

Lol would be cool but my current name has kinda been my thing for a while

I imagine it must be frustrating for him. He's worked really hard to get back in shape

Williams is having a baby and Richardson is still dealing with the hamstring issue.

Cox just got $63M, Norman got $50M, Dareus got $60M, Oliver Vernon got $52M and the Jaguars gave Malik Jackson $42M.
It's no wonder Miller turned it down.
Yea of course when he's seeing everybody else's contracts, but with everything going on it feels like a couple going through a bad breakup on social media lol.

Yeah it's just a little crazy how ugly the negotiations are getting between him and the team.
Von Miller says there's no chance he's playing under the tag in 2016

Had a season ending knee injury in college, and during his sophomore year with the Ravens. The year after he missed a whole season though he ran for over two thousand yards.
So realistically we should expect 2,000 receiving yds!!!!

The talks broke down because Monroe wouldn't agree to a new contract
44 minutes ago, The Raven said:Thanks man. That's interesting to me. Not sure why we wanted him to gain weight, he didn't really struggle with strong DEs. Shrug.
Maybe they thought he could stay healthier that way?
Apparently what held up the trade was that the giants and Monroe couldn't agree on a contract.

After trade talks with Giants fell through, Ravens released OT Eugene Monroe, per sources. Now free agent. NYG, SD, SEA could have interest.

QuoteWith the Ravens searching to open up salary cap space last offseason, they asked Monroe to restructure his contract, but he refused, according to sources. The Ravens also would have preferred Monroe to get a little bit bulkier, but the 6-foot-5, 300-pound veteran sided with a leaner physique.

Pretty sure its from Russell Street Report

I watched the post game he said that everything was moving really fast and he was trying to score and he's glad the call went his way. As a Peruvian I can tell you the national feeling is that the refs are against us and we've been screwed on a lot of calls, so no one cares that we won in that fashion.
If you read my previous posts you will see I was at one point advocating for Monroe to stay here. I agree that he would great depth and we don't immediately need the cap space so from a football standpoint there is no reason to cut him, however the relationship between him and the ravens is far too broken. He doesn't seem to wanna be here and the Ravens don't want him here, they reportedly asked him to bulk up this season and instead he slimmed down which at the end of the day it's his body and his decision but they can't even agree on that. This is a case where the team and the player are both unhappy.
Just now, JoeyFlex5 said:Why are the ravens always so up front about their intentions? You're gonna get nothing in return if you shout to the media the whole off-season about how he's not gonna be here and then straight up say "we're gonna cut him if we don't get a trade"
Brilliant. Now the league knows they can get him for nothing if they just wait a day.
Well I mean if you don't trade for him then you can lose out on him if he gets cut cause then he can choose where he wants to go

@cobrajet While I agree that from a football standpoint it would be better to have kept Monroe, but it seems like a case of he didn't want to be here and the team was ready to move on. There are reports that his teammates also questioned his attitude.
The coaches and FO are never, at least in an organization like the Ravens, going to say a player was a cancer to our locker, so them doing that is completely out of the question.
Also, I don't think it's unfair to ask cause no new points are being made this conversation is going in circles.
