Replace Buckner with Ramsey. I really hope the Ravens don't draft Buckner.

I think this would be the best case scenario. If two QB's go and someone picks Buckner before us I think that would be 3 players the Ravens were not interested in drafting.

You're right about not picking up his option it makes no sense to do it, but do you honestly believe the best case scenario is a 7th rd comp pick? I think he can elevate his game some this year and maybe we keep him around on a low 2 year "prove your worth it" contract. I think that's the best case scenario.

There were no tackling issues in his first year or throughout his college career. in the 2014 season he had a sophomore slump like a lot of players do and then the next offseason the lights supposedly turned on for him and the game slowed down according to all the coaches. He was injured the entire season so we don't know if it's actually true. I will give him the benefit of the doubt because it was only one year of him struggling with his tackling. I think he can play really well as strong safety if he's not asked to play a lot of other roles, but saying he can play a Polamalu role is going a little far. We'll see what he can do this season but I'm personally still holding out hope for Elam to become a good player for us.

As of right now two players I would hate to see the Ravens draft with the 6th pick are Deforest Buckner and Ronnie Stanley. Unfortunately I see them going to the Ravens in various Mock Drafts!! What would be your least favorite pick the Ravens could realistically make in the first round?

My bold prediction is that we will pick a prospect in the first round that we actually get to see play during the upcoming season!!!

Now Ian Rapoport is also reporting that Pitta has agreed to a pay cut.

Jeff Zerbiec just reported that Pitta and the Ravens agreed to a restructure. I'm guessing it's something they already had in place in case that he decided to come back.

I've seen some people suggesting the team might ask for pay cut where he can earn the money back based on incentives, which I think would be the way to go. My question becomes if he comes back who would be the odd man out at TE?

I agree 100%!!!!! I loved him coming out Florida! My brother is a huge Gators fan and every game I watched his senior season I found myself saying who is this guy and how can we draft him.

I feel like he has all the athletic ability in the world but hasn't gotten there yet mentally. I like him though I feel like he could be a good player if he can catch up mentally

It might sound dumb but a little bit. The thing with Alabama players is that the system is so good that a lot of the times they can seem to be more talented than they actually are.

Yeldon was not the starter and they just signed Chris Ivory so not a strong vote of confidence. Lacy has struggled recently although he was good his rookie year, but I will give you Ingram he's a good RB.

Alabama RB's scare me. Only Eddie Lacy has panned out recently and even he's struggled lately.
