    I was thinking the same thing.I would LOVE for Pitta to come back and have that miracle comeback........i just think that would be a really tough hill to climb. Also, I do not want to see him carted off the field again! :stretcher:

    :argh: This story is old as mold. Joe has done enough, plus more to prove to me that he is an elite QB. Before the Ravens even won the 2012 SB, critics and naysayer's were saying that in order to be elite you have to win a SB......well, Joe did help win that SB, and had a historic run, and was even named MVP. Was he considered elite by the media??? NO,  they,  then came up with some other reason that a QB needed to do in order to be considered " elite"  It just keeps going around and around like a merry-go-round. All QB's make mental mistakes, all throw interceptions, receiver's make mistakes, running routes, dropping the ball etc. etc.......I watch how a a QB reacts to that afterward's, and I have to say that Joe is one of the best at handling the adversity, he doesn't cry, pout, yell at the ref's or grab his receiver's face mask and ridicule him on the sideline. He just play's it cool and comes back and play's his game. I'll take OUR QB over any other QB any day.  GO JOE!!! :229031_cheer:

    I know that the #GiveaSpit cause is very worthy of mentioning.........but that was 5 pictures too many of Tomlin that I did not need to see today. I used to give him some credit, and even had some respect for him, until that episode with Jacoby Jones happened! I lost ALL respect for him then, with that sly grin on his face....ugh! :th_thimpatient:  I can't wait for mini camp to start....and then pre-season. Get the pads on and see what these guy's can really do!!!

     Wait.....please , someone pinch me....am I dreaming???   Peter King has us WHERE in the power ranking's :o ??!!  I had to go back and make sure that I hadn't fallen out of the wrong side of the bed this morning!!  I don't know, but I kinda like it, Being the underdog is ok.....but I like the Ravens finally getting a little bit of respect. It's about time!!! I don't know about anyone else, but the more that I read about the guy's on our team, the more antsy I get!!!  I hate to wish time away, because I'm not getting any younger here but.....I can't wait for football!!!! Are YOU ready for some football??!! I know I am!!!! GO RAVENS!!!!!!! :wootwoot:  :wootwoot:

    You definitely cannot put that pass on Joe; Torrey made no attempt whatsoever to catch that ball.  If you watch the video again you can clearly see Torrey watch the defender make a play and then try to swat at him - a pathetic attempt and IMO i believe that's why the #Ravens didn't try to keep him.  

     

    ALSO, don't forget Joe and the offense got TWO 14 point leads in that game and the defense gave it right back to the Pats.  If our secondary wasn't what it was last year we would have our 3rd ring - but like rmjacket said, coulda woulda shoulda.  I feel right now we are putting a better squad on the field this year, so if they stay healthy watch out! 

    No doubt about it.......I still can't get it out of my mind......Torrey should have caught that ball, he had already made some much tougher than this one. To me it looks like he just gave up, like he ran out of gas. Here is a excellent video describing exactly what you and I, obviously saw!! That interception was NOT Joe's fault!!    The video was removed by Raven board patrol....I don't know why, there was nothing bad on it. It only showed the truth!!!

    Yes, I remember......and I still can't get over the first video after this ordeal was exposed,  Brady was asked if he was a cheater. Brady slyly smiled and said "Um....I don't believe so" <_<  Really?!!  If I had been accused of cheating, and had not, I would have said " Definitely NOT". I don't know why, but this just sticks in my mind...oh, and how pompous he is!

    Yeah, it must get old for other teams to keep hearing how great our FO does in the draft.  Mr. Pat McManamon, ESPN's Browns reporter is obviously sour about it :229031_rant:  ,  especially having to report the same thing year after year.....Brown's, always in the bottom of the pack......Brown's on their 29th QB since 2009, which one are we gonna go with this year etc,etc.

     

    I am so glad that we have Ozzie Newsome here, sharing his wisdom with Eric Decosta whom I believe will be Ozzie's successor when he finally retires....hopefully later than sooner!! I know I say this every year...but this one has the potential to be another GREAT season......I am saying it again because.....well, because I can't help myself!!! I am so, SO excited for the start of the season....that's a lie I'm just ready for anything football, bring on training camp let's get it rolling boy's!!!! :dancingbanana:
