Welcome Capela!
Oh yeah!
Damn. Capela or Early then please
Looking like there will be some options for the Rockets. Hood, Napier or Capela please
Jefferson is a beast on offense. Great low post player. Good selection. Was hoping to get him with my next pick. His only downside is his defense.
I'm up in this one too? You guys are killing me...
You can do it. I believe in you
If Lawson was gone I would have taken Lowry, nice pick
Thanks. I prefer Lowry, but that's personal opinion. They are both really good players.
Yeah, he was snubbedNo surprise that Lowery is in a Rockets jersey there. Good pick though. Really was a shame he didn't make the All-Star game.
Damn, was hoping by miracle Lowry would make it back to me. Great pick.
Good pick in Lowry. PGs flying off the board.
Thanks guys.
Lowry was one of my favorite Rockets, great great player and competitor. It was a shame he clashed with McHale and was shipped out. For the record, he said he wished he didn't and stayed in Houston. Hopefully, if the Rockets miss out on the big names in free agency this summer, they can bring back Lowry. That would be a dream signing for me.
So Asik is traded. Trade Lin to the sixers and go get Lebron. I trust in you Morey. Get r done
He's actually good.
Yeah, but he's just so dumb and I don't think his knees can take much more than they already have. Hopefully you can build a good team around him. Several other players I would've picked before him.
Westbrook.... smh
Time to go to Houston and play with his lil bro Harden and a legit big in Howard.LeBron just opted out of his deal - smart move for him, IMO, if his goal is to win several more rings. He may go back to Miami, but as presently constructed they just weren't good enough, and now he has several options to choose from. He really needs to think about the players he wants to spend the rest of his prime years with.
James Haren has all the ability to play great on both ends of the floor. But he just doesn't. There's no D in Haren. But at the same time. From going to sixth man, to a max contract to being an all star, to luring Howard to Houston. It's been a meteoric rise, and I think he needed this season. Playing along another superstar, one that actually showed up in the playoffs. I think Haren will improve, mature and become Harden. He is still only 24, and is the best SG in the league. Extremely talented, I saw him play great D on Kobe a few years ago in the playoffs, I've seen him play great post D. But when it comes to awareness, concentration, fighting through screens and not letting up back door cuts, he's absolutely woeful. And It's not as if it's ability,it's maturity. I think he cares now, and we will see improvement in his game that will make him a complete player.
And no matter how frustrating it is to watch Harden on D, he is a joy to watch on O. And as a Rockets fan, I just have to love him no matter what. After being a perennial 9th seed with no bright future in sight. We now have Harden, Howard and are in a great position to add another star this summer. LeBron, Carmelo, KLove, Rondo, or build on what we already have. Acquiring Harden started this.
didnt get home in time to bet on the early games. Wanted to do accumulator of holland Spain Brazil Mexico. Had to push it into tomorrow and Wednesdays games as well. Think I went Argentina, Colombia, Ivory Coast instead holland and Spain
Got Uruguay, Colombia and Ivory Coast for tomorrow.
Easy money on mexico. Neymar in with a good chance for my top scorer bet
Easy money on the Netherlands earlier today. LvG ftw
Love the Lebron pick.
Now my predictions for my own questions:
-Embiid doesn't' make it past Boston at no.6, but could go earlier
-Houston finally trades Asik and Lin, and gets Melo to create a big 3 of Harden, Melo, and Dwight
-Yes the Heat stay together
-They ALL come back.
-Kevin Love goes to Warriors in exchange for Lee, Thompson, and absorbing Kevin Martin's contract. Warriors then trade Barnes, expirings, picks, etc to Knicks for Tyson Chandler. GSW ends up with a deadly lineup of Curry, Iguodala, Love, Chandler, and Kevin Martin.
-Parker is too NBA ready to not go number 1. He is capable of averaging 20 PPG next year.
I share all these predictions except the Chandler trade, and I'm not sure on KG and Allen. But I definitely think Duncan, Manu and Pierce take another year. I don't think Embiid falls too far, I think Melo ends up in Houston. I think the Heat will stay together, I think Love ends up with the Warriors and I think Parker goes first in the draft.
Bedoya is nonexistent. I'd like to see Mix come in.
That would be fun
Great effort by Gervinho. Hope Ivory Coast can get the equalizer.
I was pulling was Ivory Coast too. Hopefully they beat Greece and pull through
My wife recently bought amazon prime for us. I finished Eastbound & Down in the last week I was on vacation. Such a funny show with some really awkward moments lol
