it is, I've even changed my routine since speaking to you and nothing happening. I might just be over training so going to take a full week off and completely change my whole workout then the following week. I'm going to blame it on exam stress lol

Have you been following the diet and tried the supplements I added?

It's weird to me that you have been losing weight and not having the energy to do all your workouts if you follow it to the point.

At tips in plateau busting, I've been in a huge slump lately, losing weight, not getting increases on my lifts, losing patience been missing sessions in the last couple weeks, almost back to the weight I started at in July again. Been a horrible couple months lol

Doubt that, but I'm sure he will continue to make his team finish above Liverpool on the table like he has done with Everton the last couple of seasons..

think Hernandez will go, he's unhappy at his starts, and we need a cm player, Rooney could fill that role and have rvp welbeck lew and kagawa rotating in up front

Yeah, I definitely think Rooney will see more starts as a cm next year. Seems like the transition has already started. rvp, lew, welbeck and kagawa would be an absolutely deadly rotation. 

Fergie messed up not buying lewandowski in the summer. Reminds me of van nistlerooy in that he just has a knack for creating that half yard and getting his shot away. Great finisher and movement to be in the right areas.

I don't think they have a need with RVP, Rooney, Welbeck and Hernandez. But if he chooses to let one of them go this summer. Lewandowski is still very much a possibility if he prefers to play for United. His contract is up in 2014, so I'm not sure Dortmund will get his real value. But yeah, great player.

He might have gotten his hands on some silverware while at Arsenal had he stayed healthy or stepped up when the team truly needed him save for one year.

 

As for "Player of the Year", Bale deserves it much more. Van Persie went some 2 months without scoring while Bale been consistently great.

I agree with Bale deserving it. He's been outstanding all year long. But I'm 99% sure RVP gets it now. Bale won it once, United wins the title back from City, RVP wins the top scorer title. And he did have an outstanding campaign even though he went without scoring for a while.

I don't think Arsenal have had the squad to be champions for quite a while now. Even with Van Persie, Fabregas etc. Wengers reluctance to spend big bucks have really hurt them in the race with City, Chelsea and United. They have had need in the back four for a long time. They have always been talented and a good attacking team. But Koscielny, Mertesacker, Monreal, Squillaci etc aren't going to cut it.
