  1. That's true. Maybe I shouldn't be so grim about it. But after watching Houston year after year. Never going for it on fourth down, always a draw on 3rd and 15. Rarely mixing it up and so on, I really can't get excited about Kubes. But hey, maybe he mixes it up with a new personnel. His offenses have been very productive in certain categories also, so yeah, we'll see. Ah, ok. Slowly but surely.
  2. This does not bode well. Personally I've been screaming for some exotic and ballsy playcalling. Different version of Cam coming up. Conservative playcalling all day long. Absolutely hate this move.
  3. Oh no...
  4. My man Terrence Jones dropped 36 points along with 11 boards last night. That kid has a bright future
  5. Because he seems inept to in-game adjustments. His playcalling is extremely conservative and at times very predictable. If you think Cam was vanilla, then watch Kubes playcalling. Flacco's biggest attribute is his arm strength. Norv can put that to use in his playcalling. Kubes would destroy that attribute. I know Schaub has a noodlearm, but I know Houston fans have been calling for Kubes head for years. And I watched them a lot since I have a lot of friends that are Texans fans.
  6. I'm crossing my fingers for Norv. Please god, I hope we aren't promoting someone from the inside or are getting Kubes.
  7. Seconded. Bring in Klopp. Errbody leaving Dortmund anyways, so convince him to leave for Utd. What a mess.
  8. Hilarious
  9. Just about everything is ridiculous. KD is the second best player in the league. RW is a very good player, an all-star. I'm not disputing that. But imo, he has ways to go before he's a superstar. He's Steve Francis pt. II. Cut down on turnovers, work on your jumpshot and stop with horrible shot selection he is prone to do then maybe we can call him a superstar. Saying that he is as valuable as the second best player in the league is ridiculous. You are arguing that the team is not the same without him. Duh. He's a very good player, of course they are not the same team without him. I'll just let you go on now. I don't have any interest in discussing this any further. It's too out there...
  10. Lol. These comments are so ridiculous! Listen. KD is a beast and the second best player in the league. He puts up stats, because that's what he does. He tries to carry the team. But of course the team isn't nearly the same without Westbrook. Westbrook is an all-star and the second or third best player on the team. No teams are the same when they are missing they are missing another all-star caliber player.
  11. KD has to prove he's a top 3 guy? Really? And yes, that is far fetched. KD is the second best player in the league. Hands down. There's a bunch of good PG's in the league right now. Him being the 2nd best PG in the game, and a top 10 player is very debatable. And while RW is a very good player. He still makes a lot of boneheaded decisions for a PG.
  12. Don't know what garbled means. But I'm happy with another win. Houston have a lot of work to do. But the team can become dangerous come playofftime. Curious to see how the Asik-saga turns out.
  13. Fools gold. This years Nuggets.
  14. They have talent no doubt. I love Cousins, one of the best bigs in the league. But he's also a known knucklehead. Mix that with some Williams and Gay, and I see a disaster waiting to happen. But they will atleast be fun to watch. A lot of athleticism.
  15. The guy has terrible BB IQ, is a chucker and can't finish around the rim at all. Good luck with him, Thomas and Williams on the same team. Cousins will loose his mind playing with those guys. I say it again, the guy is absolutely terrible, and will not get any better.
  16. Gay is absolutely terrible
  17. So Rudy Gay along with Acy and Gray is traded to the Kings in exchange for Salmons, Patterson, Hayes and Vasquez. I love DeMarcus, but Gay alongside him... It will be interesting. Lol
  18. Brazil is my favorite since they are at home. But Spain and Germany are both immense teams. They will challenge for sure. I really look forward to this world cup. All those teams are pure quality. Always a chance for some other team to get hot at the right time too. And like you guys stated, Belgium can challenge too. Crazy how many quality players they suddenly bred. Dark horse team for sure.
  19. They are all decent role players coming off the bench at this point. Scola still has nice post moves and can score some, Prigioni can dish out some assists, Manu can bring some all around game and Delfino can drain some threes. But that's about it. Wouldn't really call any of them particularly good players or overrated. I feel that they are looked upon as decent role players, and that's about it.
  20. Great game between the Rockets and the Spurs right now. Crowd is amped like it's the playoffs.
  21. Stupid move by the Lakers.
  22. How has George been underrated? He's always been a good defender, has been improving on offense each year and already looks like a superstar. Been looking like a great player with tremendous potential from the start. I thought that was the consensus by both the media and the fans. Kanter will be a very good player, he can play. So can Sullinger, as long as his back holds up.
  23. Eastbound & Down is the best show evarr
  24. 13 point win for the Rockets. Dwight tied his career high in rebounds with 26. Added 17 points on 8-14 shooting and a couple of blocks. The team looked a bit sluggish, but overall a good start to the season.
