  1. There is a hint of that. In fact way more than a hint. When Flacco made his statement after the game on Sunday he was talking about the entire coaching staff. There is a huge divide in the locker room and it's just wasn't about Trestman.
  2. Sorry pal I'm not going anywhere. You need a reality check. Not everyone thinks like you do. I'm so thankful for that. Try to picture what this world would look like if everyone thought like you and Lost_in_translation. It would be Lost_in_Ravens_Mania. Not a fun place to be.
  3. This game is rather easy to predict. The Giants have a 3-headed monster in OBJ, Shepard and Cruz. We don't even have a one-headed monster. If Morningweg has any chance to turn this offense around it wont be with his first game as OC. The Ravens have too many injuries to be relevant in this game and the Giants are looking for a bounce back game. Hostile environment. Giants win 31-21.
  4. I do agree with you but have a major sticking point here. John Harbaugh is the HC therefore everything flows through him. He is the one responsible for the whole picture and if that picture is fragmented he has to be held accountable just the same as he is lauded when our team wins. He has had 4 OCs in his tenure so far. Granted 2 of them went on to become HC's . This is not a recipe for offensive success. You are right this isn't the defensive dogfight division it once was. It has become a finesse division with some really good offenses and we have to keep up with them or we are going to be left behind.
  5. LMAO even John Elway tried to take a snap directly under has guard in like 1982
  6. I agree we have a good defense but traditionally we have always had an fearsome defense but equally as perplexing is that we have traditionally had a mediocre offense. It was true under Billick who was billed as an offensive genius and it's been true under Harbaugh. It's ridiculous to see these same struggles year in and year out.
  7. Really? That's hilarious. Harbaugh has had serious questions marks for more than a year. In fact rumblings started during training camp last year when he totally lied about the Perriman injury fiasco. But let's fast forward to this year. Articles as recently as last night have postured that Trestman's firing and replacement with Morningweg could be an attempt to plug a leak in a boat that's already waterlogged. If you don't believe that Harbaugh is on the hot seat then I have no idea what you can possibly be thinking. I believe if we stop Har-ball in Baltimore our team will immediately get better.
  8. And why wouldn't you think there will be a total regime change here as well?
  9. Well jeez-I'm not sure how else to rate a QB? Taylor has 9 TD's and 2 interceptions--Flacco has 5 TD's and 4 interceptions? Anything else?
  10. Wrong. Taylor has an 88 QB rating and Flacco has an 80. Nuff said
  11. Thats true-I wanted to give Tyrod Taylor a shot for sure and look at him now. Who is the better QB in the AFC? Taylor 88 QB rating and Flacco and 80. Hmmm?
  12. I have advocated for Flacco's trade as far back as 2015 because of the inflated contract he got after we won the SB. Not necessarily because of his lack of skills. He is a good QB which I have always stated but not worth $125 mil. No way !
  13. You are obviously one who doesn't learn by his mistakes. Let's see have you ever predicted one thing that was either correct or even remotely accurate.
  14. I never say anything bad about Flacco even tho I definitely think he is not worth what we are paying him. Given time and a comfortable pocket Flacco is the best in the business. He never has had a consistently good offensive line, hence he is always up and down. Offensively we have always been plagued with lack of talent and depth and any position. Even at RB this year when everyone has said we have such depth and talent the reality is we have neither. The same with TE and WR. I'm lost with some of your insights.
  15. A lot of people were wrong about Tebow . and ? what's your point ??? .....
  16. You are right-I don't have to respond that link proved my point entirely-Thank you
  17. The awesome thing about life is some people learn by their mistakes and grow and end up becoming better human beings because of them. I think if he was a "little punk" he wouldn't have lasted very long with Bill Bellichek. He is an offensive genius. Don't you think we need a HC with an offensive mindset? Obviously Harbaugh doesn't have it.
  18. There are several teams out there with the money to absorb Flacco's contract. Actually more than several. Cleveland gladly would have traded it's pick for our first and second rounder. I'm not sure what you are talking about actually. You are the one that doesn't understand salary cap space. You keep saying we have plenty and we don't. Currently we are 27th in the league with about 4.5 mil which isn't much and basically $27 mil of that goes to Flacco.
  19. Rookie QB's almost always agree to at least a smaller 3 year deal with incentives.
  20. It makes perfect sense except to those who refuse to remember the past and those are the ones that are condemned to repeat it. In the last analysis it's fruit from the poisoned tree.
  21. I definitely think its time to show Harbaugh the door. Yes, I do think Josh McDaniels is an ideal replacement and yes I did suggest before the draft that we let Flacco go, we keep Kelechi Oselmele, we trade our first and second round pick, ( which turns out to be to be Stanley and Correa ) and move up in the draft and select Carson Wentz and save ourselves about $80 mil. But as always my suggestion was met with a few guffaws. I might add the exact same people who were laughing at that idea are the same ones who had their pom poms out for Marc Trestman and even Ray Rice.
  22. I thought I saw him working at the Krispy Kreme out on Lord Baltimore Dr. ?
  23. Yes yes --- did you see the lines of teams waiting to get Cam Cameron? Oh yes and isn't Trestman being considered for the next HC position that comes available? NOT
  24. Long history of success? What history is that exactly? He certainly didn't have any success in Detroit almost identical to lackluster stint Trestman had in Chicago. I think this saying truly fits here with this coaching staff-- " if you lay down with dogs you are going to get fleas" ! Biscotti needs to stop putting band-aids on bullet wounds. Our whole team in racked with average players producing below average results. Nobody is playing lights out. That's directly on John Har-ball. We can rebuild it and we can make it better!
  25. Jeez here you go with the Morningweh pom poms already. Are you familiar with the phrase " better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt" ? Morningweh is not going to fix our problems, in fact he is part of the problem. This all starts at the top with Newsome and Harbaugh. The blame for these poor coaching decisions are on John Harbaugh. This is now the 4th OC Harbaugh has been through. Doesn't anyone see a pattern here?
