So tired of hearing this Flacco contract argument. He's getting paid what the average successful QB is getting paid. Romo is making $18 million, Kap is making $19 million, Cousins is making $20 million, Tannehill is making $20 million, Carson Palmer is making $25 million.

Do you know what a crap shoot drafting a QB is without having a Top 3 overall pick?Johnny Manziel, EJ Manual, Geno Smith, Paxton Lynch, Christian Hackenberg, etc. In the last 4 drafts, 42 QBs have been drafted after the Top 3 picks - exactly 3 have made any impact (Teddy Bridgewater, Derek Carr, Dak Prescott). 3 outta 42! That's a 7% success rate. 7%! Those are not good odds to waste a 1st, 2nd or 3 round pick on.

Well Flacco is the 29th rank QB in QBR rating. Do you actually think he deserves $25 million a year? You don't get paid for what you did in the past, this is a what have you done for me lately league and lately the Ravens aren't getting what they paid for. Well if he's getting hit too much then he needs to get rid of the ball quicker. Tom Brady played with a patched up line all last season, hell Ben Roethlisberger did too and they still ran a top 5 offense. Stop making up excuses for Flacco. He's getting paid to be a top 10 QB and he's playing like the bottom of the barrel.

Eisenberg always blames everyone else except Flacco. The NFL is geared towards the offense, the defense did everything they could possibly do to keep the Ravens in that game. How do you expect to win a game and your offense can't even get in the endzone? Justin Tucker has more points than the offense this year and that says a lot about Flacco and how bad of an investment he is. I just wish Eisenberg would face reality and stop blaming people around Flacco and start blaming him for the teams problems.

At least the defense has been stout for most part of the year. 

The Ravens should give me a call, I can play just as bad as Flacco for 1/4 of the money they're playing him. 

I'll take whoever the browns QB is over Flacco right now. At least they would have an excuse on why the offense is no good.

Well at least we know one thing, we can't beat the Bengals or the Steelers playing offense like that. They have better QB's and better offensive weapons than the teams we've played. The Ravens won't even sniff the playoffs playing like that on offense. They've become stepping stones to measure other teams. It might be time after the season to move on from Harbaugh. This team has been stagnant for the past 3 years. Sooner or later the message gets old and players need a new voice, the only coach to stand the test of time is Belichick. Now that's a real coach he wins with anybody.

Trestman has done a great job of sticking with the run in this game. Converting into points has been an execution problem mostly, as well as horrendous ST performance.

Yeah I see that the offense stalled with elementary play calling. A high school coach could called a better game then what I'm seeing. I see why he could never win in Chicago. Sooner or later the defense won't be able to bail them out week end and week out as we saw last week

Trestman is the worst offensive coordinator I've ever seen. 

The rule the Defense needs to live by is the rule that's always been in place in Baltimore since the early days. "Don't depend or put your faith in the Offense to bail you out." Especially with Trestman as the offensive coordinator.

Trestman might be the worse offensive coordinator in Ravens history. He's time with the Bears and Jay Cutler explains everything I need to know about him and it's bleeding right into the Ravens offense. That last play on offense on that 4th and 10, you have to know your personnel. Aiken is not Anquan Boldin, Anybody with common sense would've had Pitta or Steve Smith in that slot where Joe threw it to. But at some point Flacco needs to start speaking up and say no this is what we're going to do.

And as far as defense is concerned, look at the QB's the raven's have faced. What happens when they go up against a real tough offense? The front 7 is the real deal especially when Dumervil comes back but the back half of the defense is shaky, Josh McCown showed us that. If i'm the Ravens I'm looking to replace Jimmy Smith because it seems like since he got his money he's satisfied

Jimmy Smith is getting paid too much money to be playing like a second tier CB. Out of everyone on defense he might've been the worst. That pass rush really cover up for him. For a player to get 21 million guaranteed you would think the Ravens would get what they paid for.
