Even game 6 they easily had the game in hand, blew it by taking very ill advised shots and not husseling on defense.  Tonight,  they had it again but lack of discipline on picking up players,  making the easy shots that were given to them,  and just playing dumb basketball.  Okc deserved to lose and it's going to be interesting what kd decides to do...Â
OMG dude I'm absolutely dumb founded as a Thunder fan. They had 3 chances to win 1 single game and lost every game there after....HOWWW???? To me I feel like they just could not finish out games, they would grind out a tough 8 point or even double digit lead, and then do something like give up back to back 3s and watch the score go the other way. Alot of poor shot selection and loss of aggressivness on the boards and defense down  the stretch too. It seemed like in every game they lost a huge lead and found a way to let the warriors beat them. I throw some blame at KD because as a leader you gotta step up and score like the all-star you are, and his accuracy was off in this series, not to mention he was no where to be found during  the second half collapse against the Warriors  tonight where teammates were arguing, lost, and obviously rattled by the sharp shooting of the warriors. This is now the 2nd chance in his career he blew a big opportunity to win a championship and I really think he is starting to develop a big chip on his shoulder for not winning a championship yet.  But Play Thompson abd Steph Curry are absolute Gods from 3 point  range and have there shots down to the point of just knowing how to make 3s from any distance...they seemingly never miss. Klay looked like Ray Allen on steroids x 10000000. He found his rhythm game 6 and never got out of it. The Warriors made that "teams who are down 1-3 in the playoffs" crummy statistic/record a little bit better, and KD and Westbrook are off to have the longest off season of they're careers after an amazing series turned bad real quick.
Â
But the Thunder look like a team who could easily bounce back next year and with a few tweaks and resigning KD who should most definitely stay, they will be a top team in the West and have a chance to be right back in the mix next year. This team feels like the 2012-13 Spurs that lost to the Heat when Ray Allen hit the miracle buzzer beater. I think the Thunder will be a favorite to win it all next year which is exactly what the Spurs did following that heartbreaking finals loss. OKC really flourished in the playoffs and put it all together.Â
Â
My finals prediction...Cavs in 6. I think the only way to counter great 3 point shooting is equally good 3 point shooting and the Cavs have that potential with two 3 point champions in Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving, and Jr Smith can get into a rhythm too. The Warriors don't have much beyond decent ball movement, OK defense/rebounding, and that damn ungodly 3 point shooting. I think the Cavs got em this time around.

I dont think there were hard feelings given that it was  a business decision and I think Boldin understood that. We flat out couldnt afford him, instead of cutting him we traded him to a team willing to keep his salary and give him an extension. Boldin always said he loved Baltimore and would like to finish his career here before we traded him. We were rebuilding at the time and just couldn't afford him after he played as well as he did in the postseason. He had the upper hand in that scenario and we bit the bullet due to his cap hit/age.Â
Â
It was a pipe dream post lol I had about 10 Easter IPAs and got to thinking what if we did end up signing him again. It would be great to have him back.Â
I see our D taking a bit of a dive if we draft Offense too much. Doubt we have too much of an offensive draft this year outside of O-linemen. I'm sure Harbs Ozzie and Co looked at how the playoffs and Superbowl went down and are absolutely starving for more defensive talent, and there is a lot to choose from at that no 6 pick.
Â
As I always say...BPA is BPA, but I'm not sure where they would have EE rated on their big board. EE could end up being a star but it's not hard to find and develop solid RBs. Plus we already have Justin Forsett and someone brought up a good point to me recently that Forsett got blessed with light workloads for the majority of his career and has a pretty clean bill of health if I'm not mistaken. So he's a good bet for a few more solid seasons and beyond him we will have Tailaferro who we are still developing, Buck who showed a few flashes last year, and possibly even a revival of a former top 10 draft choice Trent Richardson. To me we are in a cross that bridge when we get to it scenario for RB, its not worth using the highest pick we have had in 10 years to go out and get a guy when we already have solid production at the position. And also after the signing of Mike Wallace i doubt we draft WR earlier than round 3 or 4...just looking at how the class is weaker than prior years and our draft history, Ozzie likes defense over offense and I feel like we could use a defensive/O-line draft this year just one of the gritty boring drafts that make you scratch your head.
Well as long as we have the damn injury hex lifted off of us, we should be a good bet for at least 9+wins with division winning potential. The division gets tougher every year seemingly, but I feel like we have a solid base on both offense and defense. Definitely worried about Flacco's reinjury chance but let's hope and pray he stays healthy.Â

Just get us back to the playoffs at the very least

I know it sounds weird but I really can't think of many times a chop block actually caused a serious knee injury. It hurts like hell but it ain't that big a deal. I've gotten cut and I've been chopped and I've never had a serious issue with it.
It actually is a higher injury risk specifically for knee injuries. It wouldn't have gotten banned if it wasn't an injury risk. Tackling is an injury risk too but chop blocking going low has caused quite a few ACL/MCL injuries and just comes with that higher risk. Players have complained about it...coaches, and ultimately no surprise they banned it. Â
Â
One day 10 years from now we will all realize that South Park got it right...like they do with most things...and the NFL will turn into sarcastaball, hugs and compliments replacing tackles.

I say a prayer every night that God will let Anquan Boldin finish his career in Baltimore. Although it seems more unlikely that not...Boldin is still a beast at 40 or however old he is. He damn near  couldn't have gotten any slower but we all know its his short-intermediate work and stellar route running and veteran savvy that keeps him a dangerous safety valve to throw to. He's old he's old he's old...I get it. But dude shows every hear that he is still got plenty of gas to run on. We called him old when we cut him and he put up a 200 yard game that created ita own thread on here of people...including me missing the hell out of him. Slim chance we get him after signing Mike Wallce but Ozzie's GOTTA be thinking about it.
Â
BPA is BPA but I sure hope we dont draft a WR with an early pick. Seems like a thinner class, we still got that Perriman guy (sarcasm) no one knows anything about, and with Steve Smith hopefully coming back, the emergence of Kamar Aiken and Wallace signing I hope that will allow us to aim for other holes like CB/OT/PassRusher with the first couple picks although we could probably use 1 more guy behind Aiken.
Â
I like this move if/when we finally do sign TRich. Just saw a before/after pic that kinda reminded me of the old blue/yellow dress meme dillema...I really can't see a difference but who cares the dress is a dress and T-Rich looks like hes in shape.Â
Â
With Justin Forsett coming off a broken arm and approaching the RB danger zone age range, and a lot of so-so's behind him, I think T-Rich could atleast make for an exciting training camp competition in an area of need. I'll buy his claims of losing motivation and sandbagging it in Indy and Oakland. If you watched him as a rookie he definitely flashed greatness even against us...he put up 200+yds and a TD in 2 games against us his rookie yr, and finished the year looking like a rising star who can do it all run/block/catch. But when a crummy team trades arguably it's best weapon to a team that then under utilized him, I can see why he would get upset and unmotivated.Â
Â
I hope we sign this guy but have high hopes with medium/low expectations. Forsett should still be our guy but T-Rich could make for a solid back up/ short yardage bulldozer.Â
Matt Forte owners should we start or sit him on Turkey Day against GB?
Apparently Johnny Manziel mught not play due to a video of him partying over the bye week surfaced.
I'd say McCown gives them the best chance to win anyway, Manziel a bum.
Jeffrey and Marshall were
Yea its easy to utilize elite talents like BMarsh and Jeffrey.
Mathews is freakish with 4.5 wheels on a big frame but we'll have to see how he stands among our many other youngsters we have on the roster.
Would be nice to monitor him if he gets playing time to see what he's got though.
Gotta be some unhappy Gronk owners out there...I know I'm one of em
I miss Tyrod Taylor ![]()
I'd love to see us reunite with Anquan Boldin this offseason, aslong as he isn't considering retirement.
Dude gets seemingly older and slower every year, I know Iknow...but the dude is a freak of a receiver and still has a knack for making plays and being a super reliable target.
He always wanted to retire a Raven too, hopefully we might make that happen.
It's gonna be hard to watch and follow now with Matt Schaub under center, throwing TDs to the other team all day. Even if we were winless with Flacco Forsett and Smitty out there it would atleast be more entertaining to watch.
But the draft this offseason won't be hard to follow. Oh the possibilities
I started Flacco this week and Forsett...Forsett was well on his way to a big game but instead combined with Flacco for about 10pts
Charcandrick West is plodding it up against a typically soft SD run D too, my 10 game win streak is unfortunately coming to an end on a week we lose 2 great Ravens too
It cant be pure coincidence that everyone on this team dies. People who have never had an injury before are sudden snapping and cracking like rice krispies.
Yea, its hard to account for and prevent injuries but damn we have been absolutely NUKED this year.
Hopefully we revamp our training efforts this off season and maybe develop some type of preventative maintenance lol
The injury plague is what sent our season into the dark era.
Our IR is turning into a damn Pro Bowl roster
That dang near brings a tear to my eye. To play with a torn ACL and win the game is stuff that legends are made of.
DAMN RIGHT, thats the first thing I was thinking after I heard ACL injury...this guy guts it out hobbles it out and gets us a win. What a beast, praying for a speedy recovery...and hopefully not a fully torn MCL to go along with it.
Yea I just want the best for us after a bad year. I know our guys don't have it in em to willingly lose. It's a good thing we aren't doing much of that then, lol...don't sweat the draft picks man...JJ Watt wasn't a top 5 pick, hell Flacco himself wasn't either. Franchise players can be had anywhere in the 1st; it's up to us to draw that potential out of them.
Winning does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for us though, it actually hurts us at this point. If Flacco didn't go down, like I said in a prior post I see us fighting it out and winning a couple more games and likely that will still be the case, but at this point winning with backup players makes no sense, although it will be nice to see Buck with a full workload and he will have plenty of opportunities nowWe scored 13points and won..Flacco is not end all be all.
You still need a ton of players to grow and mature and get exp for next season. Still need to see how our season pan out.
Crying to tank the season for #1 draft pick is a sorry way out.
I want us to try. Too much pride for our guys just to lie low and accept getting punched in the face and forced to stay in the corner...
If I was Ozzie, Dick, and Harbaugh sitting with 3 wins, I would play super conservative, still work hard, and see what we have in our rooks.
But I KNOW we will grind out a couple more wins, but after all the turmoil and heartbreak during one of the most outrageous injury plagued seasons in history...if we end up winning 3-5 more games for example and end up drafting in the top 15/12 instead of top 5/10 that's gonna mean us losing out on a potential franchise player.
I'm definitely overreacting to an extent but man we need some type of bright light at the end of the tunnel and the more we win the dimmer the light gets unfortunately.
Pretty much every exciting player is out...Suggs, Smitty, Forsett, Perriman and Flacco.
If history plays out as planned Matt Schaub should win this one for us by tossing a couple TDs to the other team thus losing and getting us closer to that golden nugget of a top 5 pick.
Hatin life as a Ravens fan right now, very depressed.
Please LORD allow us to lose out. At this point our franchise is CRUMBLING with all these injuries. We need the highest draft pick we possibly can get.
Just run the ball every damn play or something haha I am absolutely losing it right now because of all these damn injuries. Most depressing season I have ever experienced.
I swear if I hear Harbaugh say "we're gonna continue to fight it out" I might die.
Unreal season

Welppp.... I guess we're back in wait in see mode again. Atleast we know exactly the extent of what he tore this year, but damn damn damn, how could this happen? 1st round pick out for the year in 2 straight seasons before he can even play a single snap. Still hoping and praying for a optimistic second opinion and that he will be able to make a return this year but all signs point to him being out for the year AGAIN. I've  seen the name Sergio Kindle a few times in the comments and it sends shivers up my spine from the fact that Breshad Perriman may play his first NFL game in his 3rd year, he has torn ligaments in both knees and may never be the explosive guy we drafted, and he seems about as injury prone as they get. It's like we're playing a game of horse but instead "Bust" and he's engraved the B and U already without even playing a game.  Hard to judge a player before they get a chance to play but damn it's hard not to when the man seems to have cursed knees.
Â
And now we are practically at the same 2015 receiving squad plus or minus a Mike Wallace and a few rooks, with Flacco, Steve Smith, and Justin Forsett all in comeback mode from major injuries.
Â
Ugh atleast it ain't Flacco, but I'd say we better better be on the hunt for an extra WR, Anquan Boldin is still out there and if I was Ozzie I'd be working him out the second Breshad Perriman gets put on IR. Boldin is old for sure but dude has the heart of a lion, big time veteran savvy, loves Baltimore  and can still make plays and be reliable... should come cheap too.
Everyone go ahead and pray we sign Boldin I know I am.Â
Â
Steve Smith
Wallace
Boldin
Aiken
Then rooks and youngsters battle it out in pre season to fill in depth.
