LB has not been a big issue for us, we can always look into the UDFAs pool to pluck a gem, i just hope ozzie adds lot of 4th and 5th rounds picks, he's doing great in those rounds.

they gonna have to start taking talented players with off field issues, with the exception of domestic violence of course.

we were when kubes was here, we never tried to run the ball this season, the run game is %50 of ur offense, u become predictable when u abandon it.  run the ball to rest the D, punish the opposing D, limit ur quick 3 and outs, which the ravens offense is famous for.

not really we never even tried to run the ball, remember the game that marty first call after the firing of trest, we really stayed with the run game no matter what.

the run game was 28th b/c u didn't call running plays, u abandon the run, harb is hypocrite, b/c in press today he seems to blame the lack of running the ball on the players not on the coaches for not calling run plays, b/c whenever we ran the ball we ran it effectivly, but i guess he's trying to convert us to that hi-flying- passing attack that we are not there yet.

pass rushers, OL depth, CBs is our priority this offseason, 

we have to keep wagner, no more turnover at the OL position, we need a couple pass rushers added, at least 2 starting caliber CBs thru FA or draft. 

doom, arrington, lewis, watson, wright, zuttah are gone.

pitta maybe, he cant block, but he can catch, can we can use him as WR.

ozzie just needs to start trading his 2nd & 3rd round picks for 4th rnds, b/c he's killing it in the 4th rnd, and never ever draft a WR ever again, anything else but wr, or we see who is scotting PITs WRs and hire him or something, they seem to hit on WR every draft.

ppl want cut wallace, but who is gonna replace him, second our coaches r horrible, not creativity on both sides of the ball, and u keep abandon %50 of ur offense every week (running game), no in-adjustments, they delay the development of young players like judon, we dont have pass rushers, why dont u give judon increase snaps b/c all he does is make plays when he's on the field,

wagner leaving is gonna hurt a little, pass rushers we need a punch as well as CBs. and yanda is getting up there with age so, we need future replacement as well

it all comes down to the coaches next season, if they still have this stupid philosophy or mentality they had this season, than i can see harb losing his job next season, because what they tried to do this season was make us a pass happy team, which we failed and cost us game and playoff spot, i dont know what they gonna do to pees, but a change is needed their b/c we have been losing leads for years.

OC//DC of the ravens should be replaced, they were horrendious 

our focus should be OL depth> passrush> CB.  our OL depth is horrible, and we might lose wagner, pass rush dead, and CB is worst than the OL depth.

stays: guy, juice, wagner, ducasse, aiken, 

gone; marty, pees, powers, elam, wright, 

heneslty wagner should be our priority this offseason, williams has priced himself out bmore, GUY is underrated, elam is gone and powers they suck bad, with their missed tackles, mccoy is available for OC now the chargers fired him, bradly is available for DC or promote within frazier.

the only thing  i will miss about this season is SSS, it will hard to replace his production and spark that he gives this offense. Garcon hopefully will be scooped up by the ravens to help with that.

with all the issues we have (secondary is still a mess, no pass rush, turnover at OL) we could've still made it to the playoff this season if the coaches had used the running game through out the season and harb dumb decisions that cost us game early on.just think about it. 2-3 game where harb's "aggressivness" lost us games, and our bread and butter the running game wasn't even tapped to its potential enough to keep the offense balanced, and keep our up & down D rested.

inconsistent team. at least back in day we can say we had nice D. now days its inconsistent units every week.
