Yeah, I don't think the Ravens would touch Cook with a ten foot pole.

There's an underrated, small school guy that could be a perfect fit as a receiving back for the Ravens, Tarik Cohen, from North Carolina A&T. He's undersized so longevity could be a concern. That aside he has amazing vision, patience, great burst, the ability to walk the tightrope along the sideline for extra yards, and his ability to change directions on a dime is unreal. He's like a young Darren Sproles.

this guy is a beast, a steal.

imo let BW & RW go keep KJ (JUICE) and put a big contract in front of Dont’a Hightower we have Pierce to take over try to retain LG or pick up a cheap run stuffer or we could draft another and draft at least 2 CB and 1 FS within the first 4 rounds ,and as far as Nick Mangold if we could get him at a cheaper price then JZ I hope they do it he's an upgrade from JZ , just thinking Logan Ryan could also be available an we all know we are going to make cuts soon but just with the addition of Logan Ryan & Dont’a Hightower it would upgrade our defense to almost elite status and with the draft we could be a real contender next year and we could use our first round pick on offense to get a true #1 WR or another RT to replace RW but it all comes back to the coaches and yes its probably never going to happen but a man can dream right?

ravens don't usually go crazy in FA, they usually wait for cuts and start scooping up players, Donta and ryan going to cost a lot, not seeing the ravens doing that. i can see them go after garcon, mangold, or even marshall if released.

I would hit the brakes on the Mangold thing...Honestly wouldn't be an upgrade over Zuttah at this point. We don't want to pay for previous accolades and 'hope' he can regain his form. Past achievements won't help us win games in the future...

change of scenery , motivation, going to a stable organization. what u said is exactly what was said about other similar players we signed before like SSS, BOLDIN, mason, rolle,

Of the potential cut candidates, here are my thoughts:

    1. Kyle Arrington - This one is obvious.  He might retire due to injury anyways.
    2. Elvis Dumervil - I'm of the opinion that we should just move on.  I think we should be making a full effort to get younger and I'd rather see the young guys out there learning.  I think Dumervil still has a little left in the tank but it's not worth delaying development.
    3. Kendrick Lewis - Lewis hardly played last year, and lost out on snaps to pretty much every other S.  He could stay solely because of the complete lack of depth, but I still consider that a very, very small possibility.
    4. Dennis Pitta - It has to happen.  We've invested quite a bit into our younger players.  Let's live and die by them.
    5. Mike Wallace - The one veteran I'm absolutely sure we should keep.  We need something out there and his cap hit is not bad at all for what he can do for us.
    6. Ben Watson - Ditto what I said about Pitta.
    7. Lardarius Webb - I'd hold onto him for now and see if we can get younger at some point over the offseason.
    8. Shareece Wright - The owner called him out by name.  That's never good.
    9. Jeremy Zuttah - The FO repeatedly said they want to get bigger and stronger and it looks like that was about Zuttah.  I still think he's solid and I wouldn't mind holding onto him, but I'd guess he's gone.

    ok,

    1. highly doubt ravens cut wallace or webb for 2 reasons, stability at WR and lack of depth in the secondary. webb played well 2nd half of the season, and we are thin at the WRs position as it is, why would u cut wallace. maybe paycuts yes,
    2. pitta on the other hand i think will get cut, simply bcause  he can't block, just because his bff stare him down on every play, and we're loaded at the TE position and ozzie doesn't shy away from drafting and extra TE if there's one rated high in midrounds.
    3. doom, could b gone, since judon was productive in limited snaps.
    4. wright and lewis and arrington are good as gone. all 3 are horrible.

  5. our coaches are the biggest issue, no matter what players u bring in. just look at last season, with all the issues we had we still could've made the playoffs, have we ran the ball more during the season, heck we even almost lost the philly game b/c we didn't run the ball. how pathetic HC can be coming out saying we need to run the ball, and totally abandon it on game days.

  6. who knows what ozzie is cooking right now. ravens to do list:

    1. our coaches need to commit to the run game and be creative to put players to be more productive.
    2. beef up the OL, we need C/G, G/T, Yanda is getting up there with age.
    3. secondary needs depth as well, at least another 2 CBs, another FS.
    4. pass rushers is a top priority this off season, at least 2.
    5. WR through FA is our best bet, we obviously can't draft and develop WR no matter what round we pick. i'm hoping GARCON will be scooped up by ozzie, or maybe MARSHALL after he gets cut.
    6. ORR's void will be probably filled thru draft/UDFA route, which we have did before, maybe we need to give LOUIS or ONWUNSOR  shot to proof themselves.
    7. FB position will be filled in draft most likely, juice will b paid by one of the 31 teams.

I'd prefer to keep both but if that's the case then we've got no less than 3 guys who can easily fill in for Williams if he's gone.

exactly, pierce, willie, and davis can rotate and try to replace williams. wagner's loss would be huge b/c we have had OL issues all last season, so i would have him as the #1 priority, we need to stop this turnover at the OL position, it kills the offense, run game, passing game.
