that's what i say, the thing about pees, he doesn't adjust and doesn't scheme to cover our deficiencies. its the same old thing with him, prevent defense for all of our issues, rex was a genius when he was here, because he schemes well and adjust. i think rex would be fine here because all he's gonna focus on is the D. bring back that organized chaos Ozzie.

Harb by far is not a good Coach, he's just a good communicator/manager, that's it. the only reason why he's not getting fired is b/c owner wants stability. we have a good squad, coaches don't know how to utilize them. in-game adjustments have horrendous for past years.

i dont think a change of HC will happen in b-more, but we need some coordinators for sure, although Harb deserved to be fired for getting away from the running game for most of the season. our running game is the backbone of the ravens. and the lack of running game cost us games this season, and ended our season early.
