Allow me to elaborate. He's weak for a linebacker. Doesn't know how to use his hands to fight off blockers. < This is a product of being weak. The speed and high motor that got him here, I have yet to see. Overall, This was a developmental pick. This pick should have never been made in the second round. Maybe a fourth of fifth round talent.

Stop with the stats, you're comparing two different era's in the game and trying to make excuses for a QB that has done next to nothing for his team since putting up those numbers. I would almost take every QB in the league over Joe. Most of the Qb's would be because of salary and there are at least 10 guys that are just better.

Whats amazing is you are comparing old school QB's to an entirely different league. The surprising part of your research is they are still beating him and he plays in a passing league. Whole different set of rules for receivers and QB's. But since you like stats here is a fun one for you. How about, after the Ravens bout with the Redskins there is only four people that have completed or thrown a pass that have a lower average per play. JOE FLACCO 5.9 Blaine Gabbert 5.9 Terrelle Pryor 5.0 Drew Stanton 4.0 Kellen Clemens 0.0 and our very own Justin tucker 0.0 Now i don't have to tell you that on average yards per play, every starter just about in the league is beating every hall of famer on your list. Wow!!! This is meant to be sarcasm but there is only 10 qb's on that list that I wouldn't take over Joe. 5 that we would be in the same boat with. If you removed the injured players, seeing this list lets us know just how bad our 120 million dollar guy really is.

Flacco has been bad ( for his contract) and as I have said multiple times, with play like his why not go Ryan Mallett? You wouldn't be missing much in terms of a passer and he is a much cheaper option. Wait... let me guess, now its Trestman, O-line, running-game? STOP! All these things were in place against a pretty banged up defense in the Redskins, and still the only constant to the mediocre offense is Flacco. I know you guys love Flacco. I even like him, but at his current figure he is expendable. I would rather lose now with Mallett then to see someone else on our team blamed for his inflated contract. Flacco and Harbaugh can kick rocks.
