  1. We actually lost @ Washington in 2012.
  2. In 2012 we fired Cam Cameron after a simillarly heartbreaking loss to Washington.
  3. I was under the impression that Lewis got the job de-facto because Urschel was injured.
  4. First of all, Kaepernick is protesting police injustices. True he is most vocally protesting on behalf of minority (esp. African American) communities, but his protests are for systemic change in police policy, police culture, and society in general. His stance is similar to, though not exactly, that of the Black Lives Matter movement, who, by the way do fight for the white people killed by police.
  5. Statements like this are problematic. Not only are you suggesting that the U.S.A is the only democracy in the world (not true), but that it is the most free country in the world (also not true). http://www.heritage.org/index/ranking http://reliefweb.int/sites/reliefweb.int/files/resources/2014_Human_Rights_Risk_Index_Map.pdf In addition to that, the implication that you're making is to say that Colin should be thankful for what he has and not protest for a cause he believes in.
  6. I am well aware of the Black lives matter protests, I am also aware that they quickly fade from the eye of the public.
  7. If Kaepernick wasn't protesting, would you be having this conversation about police brutality, discriminatory policing, and systemic inequality? Initially, I too thought his kneeling/sitting wasn't enough but the mere fact that everyone is watching suggests otherwise.
  8. Ferguson report from a few years ago. https://www.justice.gov/sites/default/files/opa/press-releases/attachments/2015/03/04/ferguson_police_department_report.pdf Baltimore report released almost exactly 1 month ago. https://www.justice.gov/opa/file/883366/download
  9. Citing sources is (required) practice for good journalism and good science and prevents people from making unsubstantiated claims and presenting them as fact.
  10. Pitta looking like the Pitta of old. How I missed those diving catches.
  11. Mason and Housh circa 2010 were below average.
  12. Not sure how you give playmaking after the catch to Maxx. Crockett taking half the raiders into the end-zone says otherwise.
  13. I think it's becoming more clear that this cut had nothing to do with Justin's performance and everything to do with some slick roster maneuvering. Honestly performance wise Allen would be the odd man out, even after Houston.
  14. Hard to call him our worst FA signing ever because he's been pretty good when healthy, but he's just never healthy...
  15. Aiken was the No.1 Reciever for half the year when teams were scheming for him. Aiken, not Derrick Mason, not Anquan Boldin, not Torrey Smith, set the franchise records for consecutive games with 5 catches. Is he flashy? not really, but Aiken is the model of consistency.
