  1. Ray Lewis was one of the greatest players to ever play the game but I question why he's making these comments now. Remember when he was a free agent and he told Dallas he always wanted to be a Cowboy because it was his favorite team or whatever. Now this week we're playing the Dallas Cowboys in Dallas and he bring up the same old thing he had to answer in the past about Joe. I always thought once you're a Raven you're always one? If he had a problem with Joe play this year why not talk to him privately to see if it's something he can do or say to encourage him to play better. Ray made personal calls throughout his career to other players, especially those who were from " The U ". Those phone calls wasn't just about catching up. It was about encouraging them. Why didn't he do that for his fellow RAVEN. Ray Lewis will always be my favorite Raven but since he retired it seem like his attitude changed towards the Ravens. Last year was one of our toughest years EVER because of injuries. Why didn't he come to practice to talk to the young players that had to step up and play. They could've used some extra motivation from one of the greatest RAVENS to ever play. Ray Lewis only come to the Ravens when they honor him. Johnathon Ogden after he retired came around the team all the time. Still do.
  2. Don't get me wrong. I love Sizzle, but that's a stunt he'd never pull when Reed, Ray and Pollard were there. Not without correction. He's always been fun and a bit of a court jester around the locker-room and sidelines, but never with other teams until after the game. Think about it. Why give a rookie QB that kind of focus, acknowledgement when you're about to face the most physical line in the league? How do you expect the rookies on your team to know and feel the urgency of this upcoming game? Rex did the same thing this year with Edelman and Edelman had a better response, "...why don't you ask our coach?" Dak could have said, "Why don't you ask Free, Martin, Frederick, Collins, etc. on Sunday?". That's why the Ravens veteran leadership would never take that lightly from any youngsters. Besides, his end game was to give appreciation to Dak, (not the entire Cowboys Team) for beating Pittsburgh 'for us'. That's weak - since we've been putting in our own work in our division and will continue. Just don't get it, but outside of that Sizzle is still one of my favorite players. Terrell Suggs always been a comedian even when Ed and Ray was here. He wasn't " The Leader " because Ray clearly was but he always played around. I thought it was great. Just because you're a veteran player doesn't mean that you have to be serious at all times. If he was an average player I would have a problem because he'd need to work on his craft more instead of being a comedian. People have to remember THIS IS A GAME. When he's on the field we see his effort and how serious he take his game. As a fan, that's all we ask from all players.
  3. Joe throws one of the prettiest long balls in the NFL. For the past 2 yrs we haven't seen that. Joe may not be a Tom Brady but when he has time to do what he do best, he's great. The O-line has been terrible because of injury and inexperience this year and I believe that contributes to a lot of Joe's woes. I agree with the change in Offensive Coordinator but without protection we will be watching the same thing happen every week. Besides play calling they have to address the O-line. He is getting hit, hurried and sacked far to often this season. It takes time to develop big plays. If he's getting hit every 3 seconds how can we see those big play we have been accustom to?
  4. Ray Lewis retired and forgot his franchise that he cared so much for. I am still pro Ray Lewis but he know his former team is struggling why not come in to talk to the young players? I know he doesn't owe the team anything after he gave his all for all those years but it would be nice to see him being around the team. Every time he talk about the Ravens it always seems like he is almost trashing us. We don't need to rebuild the whole team, we need to rebuild some areas ( WR, Secondary ) especially. If he was around the team more he would know exactly what we need imo.
  5. Flacco is not at fault, the defense is. That Raiders, Bengals and Browns game Flacco drove the team down for a score to take the lead. The defense gave up all those leads. Not to even mention the fact that Flacco have the worst receiving core in the NFL especially when SSS is out. That is the reason why he is statistically the worst fourth quarter QB in the league. Not that our receivers don't have talent but they are young and need to find better ways to become open. When you lose to much is blamed on QB's and when you win QB's usually receiver to much praise. It is a team game but the defense DESERVE to have most of our losses on there shoulders.
  6. Dean Pees are cooked and he need to be let go in season. Just like Cam Cameron was during our Superbowl season. I am not saying by doing that we will win the Superbowl this year but it certainly will spark our Defense.
  7. I love the RAVENS as much as I love BEYONCE!!!! Trust me, THAT'S HUGE. ( definetly off topic but that's one thing you can know about me ).
