    So Harbs is keeping his inept buddies on his coaching staff. Yawn, nothing new here. If the Ravens miss the playoffs again next year and dont improve at all, then I will personally lead the Harbaugh must be fired group.

      actually the saints had a run game coordinator by the name of Aaron Kromer and to make Juan Castillo the offensive line coach is a demotion because now he has no involvement when it comes to the design and blocking scheme of the rushing attack .       Its not just harbs decision it seems like the decision on the coaching staff Is made between Ozzie and the owner along with Harb. The ravens basically demoted Castillo it shoud be interesting how things will turn out

    Based on what we've seen and depending on what happens in our last four regular season games (and hopefully any playoff game), do we keep Jim Caldwell as OC? If not, any candidates do we look at?

    I just watched HarBoo's locker room speach after the loss to the Bears. That locker Room was so quiet and lost you could here a cat fart! HarBoo's has lost this team Baltimoe.
