I'm fine with that because you don't win games base off great talent alone. The Eagles in 2011 and 2012 should be good example of that. I know for some fans it sucks that we haven't made the big free agent signings like Denver, New England and but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I don't believe in the idea that a player/human being can't improve. I still to this day don't understand why we made Juan Castillo the offensive line coach when we knew the whole time he favored bigger/mauler type offense linemen which is something Gino is not. I think its a little harsh to say Gino has no business in pro football but thats your opinion. Our offensive line in general was terrible even Yanda look bad at times.

I don't think Gino cost us the playoffs. The Ravens offense just suck overall and the predictable playing calling didnt help either. We would have been in the playoffs if we were a bit more creative in the pass game.

Charles Sims was nice pick and he would fit Kyle Shanahans zone blocking scheme perfectly.
