  1. Wow im shook he turned that down honestly. He's not worth no more than 4 million and even 4 million may be touch much since there are some concerns when it comes to his health and questions about him losing speed.
  2. Yes it will count against our comp picks .
  3. wow didn't know you guys start the udfa thread
  4. I was kinda concerned how well Castillo would adjust to the zone blocking scheme because honestly that's never been his thing but him and Kubiak really hit it off. You know you got a good/smart coach when they able step out of their comfort zone and adjust to something totally new with success.
  5. I don't think we expected Jacoby or Torrey to replace Boldin but I think we had in mind that Dennis Pitta would ease the pain of losing Boldin and thought Tandon Doss would step up. Doss was probably close to being Boldin than any other receiver we had on the roster but he didn't meet our expectations. Doss was a fourth round pick then there's David Reed whom was fifth round and can't forget Deonte Thompson whom The Ravens really liked as well. I know The Ravens gambled/failed thinking that the young receivers they had in 2013 would replace Boldin and the same can be said about cornerback position last year but at end of the day you got to give these young guys a chance. These young guys aren't just players but investments as well and whats the point of investing in something in which you believe will flourish one day if you not going to give it the opportunity to bloom. I know The Ravens gambled and lost but can't say it was a total lost because they did find Marlon Brown and Rashaan Melvin whom both could be seeing some legit playing time as starters in 2015. I see nothing wrong with The Ravens going along with that same phliosphy again this year and they still have the draft to find a receiver in which they believe could play right away. There'a still some solid receivers out there in the free agent market and they may not be signed until after the draft since the wide receiver class is consider deep with talent in his year draft . The Ravens may not have to rush and sign a veteran receiver base off that alone but we shall see.
  6. Thanks. I was kinda surprised he was still available and couldn't pass him up after missing out on Nelson
  7. J Nelson
  8. Moore has played under some well respected offensive coordinators from Hue Jackson, Greg Knapp, and Greg Olson. I know The Raiders have their problems but I wouldn't go too far and say they don't know how to coach their players. Moore just simply lost his starting position/playing time to undrafted players such as Rod Streeter and Andre Holmes. Holmes and Streeter are pretty talented receivers but if The Ravens are interested in Moore i expect them to sign him after the draft.
  9. truth took my guy man jeeezz
  10. He does have potential but if it's true that he's inconsistent and have poor work ethics then I understand why he's still available .
  11. You right and Boldin wasn't used to his strength until Cam was fired. I'm not sure if i would say top ten but he definitely could have put up better production if he had been used better sooner than later.
  12. Fans always want number one receiver but it's not holding the team back from making the playoffs or even winning a super bowl. It be nice to have elite talent receiver but at the end of the day can't really doubt Ozzie formula.
  13. Washington plead guilty to aggravated assault against his girlfriend. He's not going to be on The Ravensradar base off that alone. Can't really say the situation is unproven or bogus when the guy actually plead guilty . link . If Washingon is reinstated back into the league and is cut or is on the trade block then there's zero chance The Ravens will have interest.
  14. I think if The Ravens sign Crabtree and Housler it would affect their comp pick for 2016. I'm not sure about that but I know Ozzie loves his comp picks.
  15. that's the first time I heard that and I have to disagree
  16. I can tell you right now that Daryl Washington chances of being a Raven isn't going to happen especially not this year considering how he's been in trouble with the law for Domestic violence. Justin Blackmon is interesting but he has yet to be cleared of his suspension and no body knows how in shape he is in.
  17. If you mean The Ravens should have signed Landry instead well it seems like The Ravens wanted more of a playmaking safety and some one that is more capable of playing free safety.
  18. you might have to wait until they upload the recorded version in the video section.
  19. I haven't saw tape of him but I seen some info about him on some site but can't remember which one.
  20. Sorry
  21. Thank you. I really like his versatility and think he can be a solid player.
  22. Unless Joe Flacco isn't on the team and we lose more key players on defense then I don't see how our team isn't playoff contenders. Superbowl front runners doesn't exist to me during the off season because what's on paper doesn't dictate if you going to make it the super bowl or even the playoffs.
  23. He played very well last year and still one of the best corner in the league.
  24. Wow I thought he was Texan for sure and I also think it's pretty cool that he had his wife by his side for the suppose meeting/interview because you don't hear that often.
  25. He supposedly looking for five million a year which probably beyound what The Ravens are able to offer .
