  1. That's the way I think. He is much better than a lot of players out there but he draws so much attention. The movie made him out to be the next superstar and so he is unable to just be average. He isn't a terrible right tackle.
  2. We should have a lot of space even if Flacco played on his current salary. With that said, we have a bunch of players needing deals.
  3. Ozzie was going to take Gronk but NE traded up. 32 teams passed so its not a knock on Ozzie. Since most of your predictions are wrong its fair to assume Bresad will do well.
  4. You don't find it a problem that he was only targeted 42 times as opposed to 80? His offensive snaps went from 791 to 375. While that is a huge jump, his overall percentage of targets dropped by a percentage point. That says to me he is not getting open. Campanaro and Aiken performed much better given their # of snaps.
  5. I don't see it. The coaches want to see if he can stay healthy. We know he is better than most of our other slot guys. He is also one of the few returners we have. If he's ready to go, start him day 1 and see if he can make it through camp without injury. We know he can play and I'd throw him ahead of Marlon Brown given his production in significantly fewer snaps. 1. Steve Smith 2. Breshad Perriman 3. Aiken 4. Brown* 5.Waller 6.Carter or Camp This is my predicted depth chart at receiver for the start of the season. As of now, I don't see Marlon Brown as a lock. He gets #4 from experience but the guy was horrendous last season. If Camp can't stay healthy, he could be cut or thrown on IR at the start of the season.
  6. I always thought Graham was going to be a stud. He was just a late bloomer who made solid progression each year. This guy has struggled to stay on one team and probably won't make the team unless we suffer another injury.
  7. Even if he does stay healthy he's a shell of his former self at this point. He could have been first round talent if not for his injuries.
  8. Because he is a slot corner and they believe they have a guy who can play as well for much cheaper.
  9. Webb battled injuries last season and had to play #1. If we can get through the season with these 3 healthy we should be in great shape for the playoffs.
  10. I don't expect Ozzie to move any more than 5 spots as it would be way to expensive. If we do pick at 26, I just don't see WR being BPA. I wouldn't be surprised if Ozzie does his typical move and drafts an Edge rusher to develop for when Doom and Sizz are over the hill. We have a lot of ammo in this draft and we would be better off trading up in the 2nd for a receiver than trying to jump a bunch of teams in the 1st or pick a guy who is not near BPA.
  11. Unfortunately I disagree. Teams like to have a vet #1/2 guy along with rookie receivers to help smooth the transition. Any receiver worth taking will probably be off the board when we pick besides DGB.
  12. Hell no. The price isn't unrealistic but 4 years is too much. The guys finger doesn't work. With Flacco's arm strength that thing is going to need to be amputated.
  13. Canty is a DE. We have a lot of guys on the interior D-line but we will probably wait until a veteran is cut later on. Besides, Ozzie usually hits on interior linemen late in the draft and we just got a 4th and a 5th.
  14. What do you think Jordan Cameron's price tag is? Though with the Pitta injury, we may be better off looking for someone more durable. We will probably go for a veteran corner and some D-line cuts later on in free agency.
  15. I like to think of it more as not bidding against ourselves. The Bills gave McCoy a huge deal before the market had a chance to decide what he was worth. Teams may be less interested due to his prior history. We could only find out his true value to the FO based on whether or not we match an offer should another team give him one.
