NFL suspended the blackout rule the last two years. Its expected that they won't be using it in 2017 or possibly for a long time.

Perriman made a great catch and then dropped one that he should have had-- that has been pattern for him. Also, first down on the 13 yard line and two runs are called. Mindboggling to me.

Yes. Perriman saw that linebacker closing and his arms got short. I also agree that the playbook must have been misplaced in that sequence.
