Romo isn't clutch though. But I have seen examples of the defense just blowing it and putting him into that situation.
This defense will be a lot harder to play against than the ones in Dallas the past few years. It's not a super unit, but it's pretty good.
Absolutely, which is why his teams go 8-8 and never make the playoffs. Your team is a contender for the AFCG but I do think the Broncos are the clear class of the AFC. Meanwhile the NFC is a tossup between the Seahawks, Eagles, and Packers. Seahawks are the favorite but the other 2 could hang with them any day. That's why they are my elite four.
Thanks, though it was very difficult to choose which players to keep, and which to cut, being like $15mil over the cap.
Well done. You definitely have a few issues but Brees, Graham and some solid players in the trenches should be more than enough to overcome them.
But stm85(while the joke has a chance of revival). Church is capable of playing FS and SS at the same time
.
He actually has a real saftey next to him bc Lloka isn't bad..
I can't disagree with you though
I can't argue with any of the moves you made. I don't believe in Romo but he's worlds better than Dalton. I just think that his anti-clutch factor keeps this team a small notch below the top 4 I mentioned.
It's because of the four negs on the depth chart isn't it?
Lol, I don't trust Romo in the playoffs. You have a good roster for the most part, but I'd be concerned about safety.
Now that the draft and FA is done, it's time for evaluations, which is always one of my favorite parts.
After a quick glance at the depth charts, I'd say the top tier is, in no order: Seahawks, Eagles, Packers, Broncos. I also like the Ravens, Pats, Saints, and Bengals as honorable mentions.
Glad I was able to fill out my roster with quality depth and special teams players for the minimum. Philadelphia is happy to welcome back David Akers.
Akers back to the Eagles?
Hope so
Selection is in.
3rd pick, nice. Pick will be up shortly.
The Seattle Seahawks are signing up. Both the Miami Dolphins and the New York Jets have stated their intent on participating, and are therefore signed up until they say otherwise. Also, the Cincinnati Bengals will be signing up as well. The list of participating teams goes as follows:
1. Seattle Seahawks
2. Miami Dolphins
3. New York Jets
4. Cincinnati Bengals
5. Dallas Cowboys
6. Minnesota Vikings
7. Cleveland Browns
8. Denver Broncos
9. New York Giants
10. Jacksonville Jaguars
Eagles are in
If I can get everyone's attention, I am about to do the impossible. I am about to put the Dallas Cowboys under the cap. Now I must get down to 51 players for the cuts due to the rule of 51 and then I must cut a couple more to get under the cap but it will be done. Prepare to be amazed..

They'll likely intertwine, with the UDFA beginning first.
Cool, gotta start looking at some prospects.
Is final FA or UDFA going to be first?
Love the Hoskins pick
Good pick in Hoskins. Was on my short list. Should contribute right away as an H-Back/Move TE.
Thanks. I was originally targeting Duncan because of his ability to fill another hole at LS but I kinda glad he was picked because Hoskins is probably a better fit for my team and is likely more ready to contribute early in his career.
You can never go wrong with a guy named Gator.
I saw him in the season opener against Miami U this past year. As terrible as my Redhawks were, Hoskins really stood out as a guy who could be a playmaker in the right system at the next level. He has good mobility and a strong build to be both a threat out in space and in the red zone. He's a perfect fit in Chip Kelly's offense as a do it all type of weapon. The great name makes it even easier to pick him.
PS keep an eye on Marshall QB Rakeem Cato for next year's draft. That kid can play and may be the best QB in the country next year, no joke.
Pick is in
With the 212th pick of the 2014 NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles select...

Gator Hoskins, TE/H-Back, Marshall
Hurray, progress!!!
As long as my guy is available my pick will be up right after Paraydise's selection.
3 way battle between Manuel, Garoppolo and Boyd.
Interesting battle. I think Manuel showed some flashes last year but he's still got a long way to go. I still would expect him to win that because the other guys aren't particularly pro ready but I wouldn't be shocked to see Garoppolo snatch it away eventually. I see Boyd as a very good long term backup but I just don't see starter potential in him.
Eagles cut DE/DT Damion Square, .5 stars
Trade:
Buffalo Bills - 7th Round (Pick 212)
Eagles - 7th round (Pick 199) & Cam Thomas (2s)
Confirmed
I have my pick ready but I'd like to trade down in exchange for somebody taking on the contract of Cam Thomas. He's only 2 stars but the extra 1 star I'd save by trading him rather than cutting him is necessary for filling out my roster in final FA. PM me if interested. If I don't get any offers I will make the pick soon.
Official Trade:
Raiders get:
OLB O'Brien Schofield (0.5 stars)
Eagles get:
WR Kevin Ogletree (0.5 stars)
Confirmed
.5 stars

For the presence of Lindsey Duke alone I'd give it to the Bortles picture.
