  1. great, another old, high priced defensive player. the lack of balance on this team is absolutely appalling. unless we draft a receiver in the first round (which we know we won't), this team will miss the playoffs again. top five defense, bottom five offense. 8-8, yay...
  2. 5.5>0 , he flashed all year and had a banged up shoulder at the end. Against Dallas he still put some nice speed moves on Tyron Smith. I have seen this as well. He will be a consistent 10+ sack player.
  3. I agree but the PC people thought it was too close to taunting and once someone bent the goal posts when they dunked on it. What's wrong with a little taunting even? And agreed about the goal posts being bent, but why not make the rule if you hold onto it it's a penalty, otherwise you're good, like basketball?
  4. I would rather see team celebrating than see one person being an individual in a team sport. You realize the rule doesn't allow team celebrations, only individual, right?
  5. Noah Spence is not that good....5.5 sacks this year - Za'Darius Smith had 6 his rookie year. Didn't look that good on his college game tape either - he would rush the passer and if he couldn't get there or the play went the other way, he just quit. LOL you're comparing stats. Stats don't tell the story. I remember several of Z's sacks he wasn't even blocked. If you watch Noah Spence's tape you can see the explosiveness he comes off the edge with. Correa has ZERO explosiveness and pass rush ability, you can see it during the preseason. There is a reason he wasn't rushing off the edge during the season
  6. I would love to know why the crackdown on TD celebrations. I don't know a single person who doesn't enjoy seeing them. Stuff like TO dancing with the pom pom's is classic and so entertaining. What is wrong with that? Can't dunk over the goalpost any more?! Seriously, who sees that and gets appalled or offended?
  7. if this was true, Noah Spence would be a Raven. Instead, we throw away our high second round pick to get a "good guy" in Correa...
  8. I'm assuming the Ravens resign Yanda and Ngata. Don't see anyone else I'm certain they will sign, but out of the others, Bulger is the only other I see as a must keep.

  9. If Casey Matthews plays behind Ray Lewis for two years, he will surely be a pro bowler soon after Ray retires. He has the perfect attitude and personality for the Ravens. Come back to me in 3 years and tell me he isn't worth a 2nd rounder...granted that is the Ravens draft him.
