  1. im pretty sure its more like if people wanna bash the defense for not closing out the offense should not get a pass either for failing to the same which they most likely will  though

With the expection of the denver game, offense has put us in a position to win the last three games, 30 plus points over the browns and raiders should be more than enough to get it done. Someone on the defense needs to get the boot, something needs to change and now.

  2. It will make your stomachs turn how fast our defense turned soft. Not just the talent we have and had but the fact that we have allowed record breaking performances year after year.

2012 we allowed back to back game with 220 rushing yards.

2013 7 touchdowns from peyton manning

2014 21 point rally from phillip rivers largest 4th quarter lead surrendered at home by our defense.

2015. AJ green set a franchise record against us for 235 yards.

Seriously someone has to be held accountable for this. That is UNACCEPTABLE, in three years our standard has been destroyed, someone MUST be held accountable. This cant continue, someone needs to get the boot over this. Add it up and you all will be furious about this, nothing but ouch written on this, nothing but ouch.

  3. Harbaugh just said the coaches are doing a good job & it doesn't sound like Pees is going anywhere at the moment. He said we need to coach better, though, so I guess there's that. He also said we need to do some things with scheme.

He defended cam up until the moment he canned him, it doesnt mean anything. Wait and see.

  4. I want you guys to think about something which will make you sick.

Think about all the pro bowlers we have on that side of the ball, WORLD CHAMPS fairly high price guys.

Lets look at the d line for a second, please tell me what part of that line is vulnerable.

Simple there is not one part of that line that is, brandon williams, timmy jernigan, chris canty, carl davis, kapron lewis moore

practically these guys are studs. Im talking they should be pro bowlers, these guys make up what could be the most talented front four in the league, and they get pushed around like rag dolls. 13th against the run that is enough to make anyone sick

Lets look at the linebacking corp, granted we are dealing with some grizzly injuries right now, but even when healthy we got pushed around there, tell me who isnt a pro bowler there, daryl smith. Probably the best free agent acquisition on the defense outside of elvis dummervil he is a probowler.CJ mosely hailed as the next coming of ray lewis getting burned dude is a pro bowler,Dr doom probably one of the best pass rushers in the league, has barely made a presence this year, does he really need terrell suggs to get 17.5 sacks?.  Nobody needs one guy to be that good im sorry but there is no excuse why he isnt doing better. Finally terrell suggs, granted his injury set us back in a large way, but one guy, ONE DUDE is contributing to us being 25th against the pass and 13th against the run, even when he was healthy he wasnt the same presence he was years ago, is it really a coincidence that when pees got here sizzle didnt return to DPOY form, what the heck happened to him, dont say age he had more sacks in 2014 then he did in 2013, offenses use to fear him for the last two years they barely noticed him.

Now for the secondary, granted some of this is on ozzie for not focusing on this position last year, but this year he brought in some good players, kyle arrington who was apart and started for one of the most talented secondary groups in the league last year was brought in to help make the secondary better, this dude is a very good player, and yet he is getting burned here. Lets talk about kendrick lewis, dude was pretty good, knew how to play right, he seems confused not knowing what the heck he is doing, lardarius webb and jimmy smith both pro bowl corners, are getting burned. Game after game, pro bowlers and studs all over the place, and you are telling me this defense isnt talented?.

Alright talent isnt the issue so what is it, is it conditioning?, would make sense because of the injuries, but then again everyone outside the secondary was healthy last year. Even when we had jimmy smith it didnt make much of a difference did it?. The position coaches, definitely plausible but then again why is the line and linebackers collapsing game after game. So who after years of giving people the boot and bringing in new talent is the one consistent variable its PEES. there is no other explanation, why we continue to give up record breaking performances to opponents year after year. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, dean pees is at fault for destroying a standard of great defense here, he is the PROBLEM TIME FOR HIM TO GO NOW!!!!!.

  5. Ravens didn't steal Mosley. In that draft the Steelers picked Shazier over Mosley in the first round, since they had an earlier pick. Maxx Williams is who we stole from them.

Alot steeler gals and guys i know were very upset about us taking mosley. LOL you should have seen them

  6. His 2008 Titans were ranked ninth in first downs (just reading Pro Football Reference, so I'm assuming that's ninth fewest). Given our own struggles on that front, I'm sold already.

I think we could make the 4-3 work too, given a full offseason to prepare and add players who better fit his 4-3.

Starting with JPP and tamba hali they are good in the 4-3

  7. If he goes to the Steelers, I'm quitting as an NFL fan to start following baseball. And I don't even know what an EBI is, so it won't be an easy sport for me to take up (despite how much I've tried in the past).

That would certanly be karma on us for stealing CJ mosely

  8. Using the NFL's tiebreakers for the draft order, we would currently sit 7th through the end of week five. In fact below would be the current draft order...

    1. Detroit Lions

    2. Miami Dolphins

    3. Tennessee Titans

    4. New Orleans Saints

    5. Houston Texans

    6. Jacksonville Jaguars

    7. Baltimore Ravens

Of course this only through week five. Right now the Lions have a strangle hold on the first pick, any of the 6 teams currently ahead of us would take Bosa. We would be in a position for Jalen Ramsey or a top corner, or WR.

The bandwagon must grow then CHOO CHOO

  9. Switching between the 3-4 & 4-3 was never a problem before for years here. I don't see why it would be now. I also don't see how well we would do if we go against a sugar-huddle offense. That would kill the defense without versatile pieces on the field to mix the alignment. Also, we would have serious cap tied into the OLB under your proposal. I have no problem with JPP, mind you, but if Greg Hardy got the deal he did, I think he could get paid decently as well.

with his finger hurt his value drops that is why JPP can come to us, the giants withdrew their offer member

  10. Passing downs use the nickel defense, which is a 4-3 base, with a LB subbed out for an extra CB.

We'll continue to run a hybrid defense with a base 3-4.

Im talking the way we have been using it we used the 3-4 was on passing downs, it puts the OLBS near the line of scrimage to rush the passer.

  11. We definitely entered last year very weak at CB after Jimmy and Webb, but it's hard to put too much fault with all of the injuries we suffered.  I mean, we were playing guys found on the street and on practice squads at the end of the year.  That's a bit different than just having a bad secondary.  We seriously hit a completely unlucky string of injuries at the position.  That doesn't excuse it or anything, but the secondary we're playing with now is a lot more talented than the one we were playing with at the end of last season.

Our secondary was mostly healthy the last few weeks and look how bad they have played. Just now we are struggling with injuries, we either sign eric weddle or draft jalen ramsay i personally dont see how our secondary can drastically improve without players like them.

  12. The Ravens run a hybrid system that mixes both alignments, but the defense is the defense regardless of who coordinates, it would seem. We haven't run a true 4-3 in years. Maybe it's been a decade since we were a true 4-3.

We are making it too complicated postgame report said the same thing time to simplify go back to basics. 4-3 is a traditional scheme that can rush the passer and stop the run, only use 3-4 on passing downs, were dummervil is most effective, use JPP in the 4-3 where he is most effective. It can work

  13. Do you honestly think he can be a 3-4 OLB, set the edge standing up and cover while trying to rush standing up?

Do you really think that dean pees is staying after this year?, we should go back to 4-3 keep it simple, stop thinking so much.

  14. It's very rare a rookie center amounts to much in their first year. It's also quite an anomaly since centers picked high seem to not be as good as those picked later, lol.

Jalen ramsay might work or we could try for a pass rusher, but the secondary is still proving to be the most glaring hole, i dont see how other positions come before it.

  15. I didn't mention them for a reason.

Pierre Paul is more of a 4-3 DE and I'm not sure how he would do in a 3-4, but people said the same thing about Mario Williams, so there is that. Problem with him is the injury and whether he can be as effective after it. Yeah, it may not affect his pass rush and sacks, but what about an INT when he has to catch the ball?

As for Weddle, he wants to get paid, IIRC, and threw a fit earlier in the year for more money. I can't recall, maybe I'm wrong. I may need to fact-check myself here.

i can understand weddle, but pieere paul, i dont think his injury will prevent him from being who he was, he will be cheaper than most people realize that is why i want him

  16. I think Forsett & Webb likely stick around another year unless something ridiculous happens. I don't see them going anywhere yet.

As for Zuttah, I really can't stand him and I would love to upgrade him if possible. He is constantly pushed back. He's the definition of slightly below average.

I think we will likely go to the draft for OLB & sign a cheap veteran for OLB in FA. Tamba Hali makes some sense to me. I see our big money going to the secondary, but there aren't many big names next year. Amukamara, Norman? They probably return to their respective teams. Maybe we can get a guy like Sean Smith or Trumaine Johnson. Eric Berry is possible, but I think the Chiefs bring him back, too.

    pierre paul and eric weddle.

  17. Here is who we sign next offseason,

jason pieere paul, believe it or not outside of tucker and yanda. WE BADLY need this guy, with sizzle getting older he is the only man in his prime that does what sizzle can do.

    Alshon Jeffery; For obvious reasons

Trade for roddy white: Again obvious reasons

    Eric Weddle: Secondary obvious

We can afford these guys alot of people are getting the boot, and plus we can get best safety coming out of the draft jalen ramsay, this guy can do everything ed reed could do, we need him.

  18. As for outside free agents, I think we'll definitely have to add 1-2 starter level free agents, and I'm not confident that we can do so by only going after cut guys this year.  We have huge needs at WR, OLB/Pass Rusher, and CB/FS.  Even with a high draft pick, we're not going to be able to nail down all of those holes in one draft.  There are some other positions that could absolutely use some help, too.

Jason Pieere paul, Alshon Jeffrey, jalen ramsay, eric weddle. Mostly free agency can fix this, we got alot of cap room coming soon, and the way the season is going, we are going to give the boot to ALOT of people, maybe we can even trade for roddy white. he is FA i think next offseason, if not trade for him. Believe it or not this all can be fixed up next offseason. Unfortunaly we still have to bear the misery this season has to entail. Its sad that free agency is the most exciting thing coming to the ravens soon GAHHHHH!!!. What a disaster.
