    So many holes on this team.

    Few players we should keep, the linebackers, brandon williams, carl davis.Webb. As for the offense, the tight ends and marshal yanda that is it. The rest must be reevaluated, im sick of jimmy, as soon as he got paid he has sucked.

    With the expection of flacco, ozzie, and harbaugh. Everyone must be reevaluated and either cut or take a pay reduction. This is unacceptable, 2-7 is not something to tolerate, top 5 draft is not something to tolerate. Everyone better watch out, the hard drive is being wiped and cleaned and being reset to factory settings. Time to clean and trim the fat, enough it enough. We have seen everything this team has to offer. Time to cut ties, time to nuke the hard drive, time purge the virus. I think you get the point, how much more of this team do we need to see before we do this seriously?. How many people here feel the same.

    Our team did everything in their power to lose it seems, it wasn't just that they were dropping a load in their pants. They seem to be shoveling more in, its like they were trying to lose. Man this season its time to wipe the hard drive and replace and start over, reset from factory settings, retain harbaugh, flacco, ozzie, steve and that is it. MY GAWD  man i never saw us being this bad.

    As much as i love this speech, and as much as i love ray. It really highlights our team right now, we won we are on life support, i even question that. But the fact that he has gotta tell the team to back flacco, when he even isnt on the team anymore, this speech may very well be a double edged sword. Basically how i feel the players took it was one of two things, they think that ray is right we arent done, lets rally around our captains and go on a run. OR they feel like the principle just showed them up in the auditorium for making fun of the chubby fat kid who crapped his pants. You get the message in the second part..., as much as we love ray and respect what he has done for this organization. You cant help but wonder if the players appreciated the speech as much as we did. Context people, i hate acting like a downer, but this speech could do more harm than good in the long run.

    Really guys say goodbye to joe flacco, franchise QB's dont grow on trees. Who do you intend to replace him with, Seriously, guys who?. I agree he should restructure, and he probably will, but who do you intend to replace joe flacco with, matt schuab LOL. Sam bradford is a free agent what about him, this is a defense heavy draft this year we arent going to find the next andrew luck guys. LOL think before you speak, right now joe flacco is our best player and he is keeping us in most of these games.
