Its time to start questioning Ozzie newsome, i know im going to get negged for this, the secondary specifically, the most glaring position the free safety position. Look at how they moved the ball down field, over the top, over the middle for 20 plus yards. When ed was there that never happened, dont believe me look at how teams have beaten us. By going deep, the playoff game last year Gronk killed us over the middle, AJ green now 5 times in a row. Antonio Brown. When they went for 5 to 10 yard passes CJ mosely, daryl smith, etc covered it well. You cant make the argument for the linebacking corp or the dline, they have played well, CJ mosely makes every tackle, makes every play count, when he came our run defense improved, our blitzes worked better etc...., why do we not draft a free safety. Why do we not commit to weapons for joe flacco, why do we keep getting rid of weapons he needs, why did we draft a wide reciever with a disease in his knee. Why didnt we address the biggest weakness the secondary, why didnt we try to keep at least one key player from last years offense. Please answer those questions.

Beshard Perrimans timeline should look something like this. Right now he is taking limited reps, weaning him into the program and playbook. On sunday dress him, in case someone gets injured, then through the week leading up to pittsburgh, we put him on a full practice schedule. This should give him a good idea on how to execute the plays we expect him to make, however he wont be ready for full time play. Give him limited snaps, have him on the field so he can further prepared as a full time starter. Then leading up cleveland have full time practice and full time starting reps. Thats assuming he has been studying the playbook and the gameplan on what he is expected to do each week he was out. Which his responsibilities should be no more than streching the field and taking the top off of defenses, not a hard thing to warm up to considering his 424 speed. This right here is the perfect schedule for his return.

I got a good feeling sunday, i didnt have one last week. I think we are going to be alright, like coach said if both sides of the ball can get in sync, then we are very good team. Plus we are at home, we got the desperation factor, the law of averages. Looking at the schedule again, and looking at from a glass half full prospective, we are 0-2 right, the most realistic outlook here is this, next two games are must wins. I see us winning at home and winning at Pittsburgh, reason being is because everyone doubted us in the playoffs there and i believe that we can pull out a win there with beshard perrimans return. i dont see us losing 4 in a row against the bengals either. We will beat the browns, flacco owns them. Suddenly we are 3-2, things are looking up now. So another west coast trip, we will lose either at san fran or arizona, but i got a feeling its going to be san fran, they will be seeking revenge against us. I have a better feeling in arizona, i think we will win that game, then i dont see us losing to the chargers two years in a row plus we are at home, so we will be 5-3 at the bye, that is the goal here. The bright side here, is that we saw what both the D and the O can do on their best days. If they can put together four games of solid 60 minute football on both sides of the ball, then this 0-2 turns into a 4-2 like that.

I don't know about ray, but from what I saw. Our defense is stacked, it looked scary. Sorry ray I gotta disagree. Even after sizzle left we still was stifling them.

We defintly quieted the loss of haloti ngata that's for sure. Beshard Perriman is a must to get back, once he gets back defenses will respect him for his raw speed alone. This wont last long. Also again we faced a probowl defense. Also not to mention we went against a coach who know our offense hand and glove. Defense looks scary this year, got studs at so many positions that we could offset the loss of sizzle. Courtney Upshaw thankfully has enough experience to fill in his spot.
