Sorry moderators, i just can't stop tearing it up hear. The ravens despite making their first 0-3 in franchise history, can and WILL make the playoffs. Here is how, first and most importantly we have one of the best head coaches in the national football league, and you guys year after year trash him, which i dont understand. If anyone can salvage a good football team out of this, its him and we all know it. Secondly we got a four star general at quarterback, Joe Flacco, granted what i just said might raise eyebrows, but like john, Joe can scrape a good offense together with what he has, chris givens will contribute, this team doesn't have a choice, he and flacco will fire off together. In my opinion Chris Givens is the perfect weapon for Joe;s cannon arm. Plus we should be receiving reinforcements in the coming weeks, Crockett Gillmore should be making his return against the browns plus Eugene Monroe should relieve the hapless james hurst. Well maybe not hapless, but you get what i mean. Plus Chris canty is coming back to the defensive rotation so that is a plus. Alot of key players coming back when we need a big winning streak, is going to help us ALOT. Finally the favorable schedule, looking at the schedule we are in good shape. Alot of subpar teams at our house the coming weeks following the bye, we should put together a nice winning streak, if everything i said above works out, then we face a tough test in december, we start by facing the seahawks YIKES, thats going to be a war, Dennis Pitta should return by then too, more reinforcements, then the chiefs thats going to be tough, that one might be for the wild card. Then the steelers at home, its very difficult to get a sweep over them as we all know. Then our toughest test the bengals, in the crucial month of December we need to win at least two games for us to be in good shape for the playoffs. We would be 10-6 with a wild card birth, we will back in again but thats about the only way i see us getting in after our 0-3 start what do you guys think.
