  1. The more I read about our secondary this year the more excited I get about the start of the season. Our pass rush was already nasty and our rotation was amazing. C.J. was holding it down with Smith in the middle (which it is still shocking he didn't walk away with DROY). Adding this secondary creates a dominant force that will hopefully wreck teams!!!!
  2. Signing Welker after all that mess he and his wife was talking after we beat them in New England, no thank you!!
  3. I am really excited to see Urban on the field this year. Our pass rush is going to be nasty!!!
  4. Hill wins that battle of Elam no question.
  5. I knew the minute Ozzie went after him that he was going to contribute. It sounds like that's the case. I can't wait to see how this defense grows together.
  6. At what point do we move on from Joe's contract?
  7. Camp has too much potential to be written off this early, despite that "injury prone" tag he's beginning to be labeled with , but he has definitely got to make his case this offseason. It's his potential that I believe will cause the coaching staff to afford him that opportunity. As for a pass rusher, I think we have more than enough talent on the roster to field a amazing pass rush, but if we were going to do so then I think Dwight Freeney wouldn't be a bad situational guy to pick up; for cheap of course.
  8. This was a low risk, high reward signing that is turning into another success story for Ozzie. Hill has the potential to be an amazing Safety. I'm glad to hear that he's making a home with Baltimore and getting more comfortable. All of the sudden, our secondary has gone from lacking depth to being beastly.
  9. I think the fact that we have dealt with offensive changes in the past, we are better suited to overcome the changes, as opposed to a team that has been in the exact same system for several years. Joe, in particular, has shown in the past that it is not an issue for him; so I don't think it will be an issue.
  10. Like we need the Dolphins to make us look smart. I believe from top to bottom our organization has been looking smart for a very long time, way before Tannehill's questionable extension.
  11. Yet another reason why Tucker's extension needs to happen sooner than later.
  12. This whole Pitta situation is no more clearer now than it was 3 months ago. We all know of his talent and ability when he's healthy and I would love to have him back on the field, but unless I'm missing something there's been no concrete info as to his return. All we know is as an organization we have a ton of talent at the TE position right now, which is not a bad thing. I guess only time will tell.
  13. I wonder how much this will affect the organization?
  14. I could have done without the mentioning of those two 14 point leads.
  15. YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  16. I have always had hope that Elam would pan out because I really dug him in college, but with our recent acquisitions at Safety it may not be a good situation for him to break out.
  17. Double J retiring as a Raven the same year as Ed Reed! Man it's awesome to see those guys come home to end their careers.
  18. I know Jacoby made selecting a returner easy, but I think we are better off than people think. Between Cmampanaro and Carter I think we will be good to go.
  19. If he pans out like we all believes he will and his relationship with the Ravens stays as favorable as it's been, this is probably one of our best "hidden gem" signings ever. This dude has some serious talent and gives our secondary an amazing boost in flexibility.
  20. After a season like Joe had last year it's disappointing and crazy that he dropped that much in the rankings; but it's not like he's ever been treated fair by the media. And in the grand scheme of things it doesn't really matter. Joe will, once again, go out there this year and prove those doubters wrong.
  21. I'm more anxious to see how this dude benefit our offense. You don't get as much clout as he has without having a certain amount of offensive prowess and ability, I can't wait to see how he uses his new found weapons.
  22. We all knew this time was coming, and I'm so glad we are a part of it. So many years other teams feared him back there. So many great plays. The game is losing a legend. Thanks Ed for all you have done for this organization.
  23. This is the time of the year when things get interesting. It's always awesome to see who Ozzie is able to bring in.
  24. When you're an organization in as much disarray as Cleveland it's normal to lash out at your peers. I think because of the history we share that we're always the recipient of that hate. I don't know how many times I have to hear from Cleveland fans about how messed up it was what Art did to them and blah blah blah, despite the fact that their city wasn't without a team for very long at all! At what point do you move on and focus on your current team?
  25. Sounds like another situation where Ozzie and them couldn't turn down such talent when it falls in our lap. We will benefit from Jernigan for sure. People should remember that the draft isn't the only place to pick up new players. Ozzie has a pretty good track record at picking up players after the draft.
